Thanks, that list is really helpful! When I was looking through the OpOrd I noticed this: f. Only CTS Flashbangs will be allowed - unless you have certification from the manufacturer stating that their fuse is below 125 db. When I checked Hakkotsu's page, they listed Thunder Bs at "over 130db". That would rule them out the way I read it. That's a bummer since I've yet to have a really good chance to use them... I believe that specific rule was meant for actual flashbangs or flashbang simulators such as blank firing grenades.

When I asked about this prior to going to the Camp Shelby event, I was specifically told to get them from this manufacturer, "https://www.combinedsystems.com/" since they meet the DB level. I was told if I could get a letter from the manufacturer of my flashbangs certifying their DB level was below 125 db, I could use them. Tanks Andy

You won't be able to purchase the CTS trainers without proper department credentials unfortunately.

Broken-RS- Thunder B's have been used in the past. But keep in mind that unless they expel BBs or peas, they just announce your entrance. They have to have something that hits you in order for them to count as a kill.
For smokes I use either the sport smokes or the Enola Gaye smokes. I have really taken a liking to the Enloa Gayes. They seem much better for the price.

So I'm a little bit worried about the attendance of this event, Operation Northern Light in Trenton brought in a lot of players due to it being close to the Ohio boarder, so a lot of out of state players showed up as well, leading to the high turn out. My worry is with this event being in the middle of the state, most of the players are going to be from MiA, being that Michigan is a peninsula, I don't see many players from Indiana, Wisconsin or Ohio coming out to this. The main issue being is that most of the interested MiA players are signed up for Alpha, I don't want to shell out 400+ dollars into registration and prep for this game, just to have it canceled or asked to swtich to bravo or something. I'm registering either way, but is just something that concerns me, and I'm wondering if anyone else feels that way as well.

Blacksheep just posted a banner the other day showing groups from Indiana, Illinois and Canada all attending.

Yeah, to be honest, I was a bit concerned when there was only 40 people signed up and 35 of them were on Alpha. Today there are nearly 65 people signed up and there's still 22 days left for people to register.
The bottom line is that large, national level events are expensive. That's the price you pay to have the opportunity to play on a facility that you wouldn't otherwise have access to. When's the next time we're going to have a major event like this hosted in Northern Michigan?
If Blacksheep finds that 90% of the registered players are on Alpha, they'll let us know and a few squads will probably voluntarily switch over to Bravo.
By my count, there are currently 42 registered for Alpha and 20 for Bravo.

Honestly, low attendance numbers is part of why an attendee is called a pathfinder. They had the guts to try out a new game and spend the money. They trusted that the Maj. would put on a good game. A pathfinder event is totally different experience than all the years that follow. My guys drove 21 hours to attend the first ever Cove. I believe that the player count was only about 100. That's almost no one considering that the AO was thousands of acres. I personally shot less than one magazine, and it is still to this day the best airsoft experience of my life. If anybody is on the fence, please just register. It will be worth it.
As far as the Wisconsin guys, I believe that we are the only group. That is a shame, but lately I have been noticing a large decline in the community over here. I know that there are a few bigger teams that probably would attend if the info was released sooner. I know that Wisconsin will provide a better player base next year if given an opportunity to do so.

I'm very interesting in going and have already set aside the money, but can't find any specific gear-related info. Do we have to have era specific weapons? Any loadout requirements? Can I register and just walk on the field with my M1A1 Thompson, woodland lowers and upper, with paintball goggles? What are the hi-cap regulations? Hard time finding this info.

Wow, I was wondering why the panel on the right hand side was not giving any information. Well, my thompson's semi is sort of broken, and sometimes fires 2 rounds instead of 1, do you think this will be acceptable?
