3 man just seems a bit small, and what exactly is the prize for winning that one? Bragging rights?
Make it a one team entry of 5 dudes for both CTF and the hostage rescue, and it'd probably flow good. Hell I'll volunteer 5 dudes from RAGE to be on that roster.
EDIT: Which version of CTF you plan on doing? I've done both one flag in the middle and both teams have to get it and bring back to their side, and I've done one flag in each base and you have to capture the other team's flag while maintaining your own.

I think it is a lot better to have 2 flags and you have to capture the enemy's flag. |
