So I got blasted in the nose today and I bled all over my tactical vest. How should I try to to get the blood stains out.

Or just use more blood. Adds character and authenticity. Yes, this is why you are awesome

Easy peazy! Do not use shout. Use a mild detergent or un-dyed dishsoap on a clean damp lint free rag. Dab and twist, after the majority of the stain is lifted scrub with a new toothbrush. Use warm water for all steps and repeat all steps as needed. This was my secret for removing simunition round stains, blood, red dirt, and believe it or not motor oil from my tac gear and uniforms.

Glad I could help! Learned this from an ARMY MOUT instructor at Ft. Lewis when I was in the USAF who was kind enough to pass his secret on to us Airman. Also it keeps from damaging IR compliant gear and uniforms, this is why I said don't ever use Shout stain remover on Tactical gear. The more you know, and knowing is half the battle. YO-JOE!

Hydrogen Peroxide works pretty good when the stain is still only a day or two old. Can't say I've used it with gear/cordura, but I've had great success with white pillow cases(nose bleed), a black coat, and a few other things I can't remember at this moment.

1 part vinegar and 1 part rubbing alcohol, let it soak over night and then wipe it off.
