Due to the overwhelming amount of players that rostered up for Lioness, a Total at 111 now, I am going to need people to help set stuff up game day, direct parking, run the chrono station etc, If anyone is willing to help me out let me know.

I'll be more than happy to help out running Chrono. I've got a chrono and tags, I'll bring with me. I'm sure some of the other SK guys will be willing to help out as well.

I'm getting mine replaced soon, it would be great if we could get two or three chrono's going and get everyone through in 5 minutes.

]I'm getting mine replaced soon, it would be great if we could get two or three chrono's going and get everyone through in 5 minutes. Speaking from experience, finishing chrono in five minutes ISN'T going happen. We average 100-150+ at our rec games at no limits. People move slow, bring multiple replicas, and bring high caps instead of midcaps. The more you re-enforce that there are set times to chrono and what people need have/bring, the quicker the process will be.

Maybe I was giving too hopefull of an estimate, I think at Jackal III we had two chrono's and the process took about 20-40 minutes to get the 84 attendees through. But yeah the main issues I see are going to be rounding everyone up for briefing and chrono in a timely manner.

From my experience running chrono at No Limits, you need to have some strict rules in place for chrono. Have a set time where everyone has to be lined up.
Make sure everybody knows that they need to show up with an empty midcap to chrono with. (We've hurt a lot of feelings by dumping somebody's bb's on the ground to make room for .20's)
Make sure everybody is aware that if you come to the chrono station without a battery in your gun hooked up and ready to fire. We will not wait while you try to hook a battery up and you will be asked to go to the back of the line.
Make sure people limit the amount of AEGs they bring up. You really have no need to chrono more than 2 guns. If you need a third gun, please find a staff member to chrono it later. If you are sharing one battery between two guns, please don't expect us to wait while you switch it over.
Do not crowd with chrono area. It is a pain in the butt when people are dinking around test firing around you.
For the love of god, please wear your goggles during chrono and while you are in line.
Please do not barrel sweep the chrono guy or everybody in line. Take your fat finger off the trigger unless your barrel is in the chrono and you are instructed to fire. I swear to god if I get shot in the hand or dick again due to you lacking a brain, I may snap your AEG over my knee.
That about covers my complaints about chronoing people.
With that said, I will be helping out Pagan, and we should get things done pretty quickly as long as people have a good understanding of the above stated "rules."

I'll also have a chrono and am willing to help get people parked, registered and chronoed.
One thing to start thinking about is where you're going to put all the cars that show up.

It would also be nice to know exactly how limited the camping area is. Many of us plan on sticking it out through the night whether we play or not the next day, just to shoot the shit and have a nice campfire experience. Also, due to the quantity of people that you are expecting, expect that you may have to deal with 40+ vehicles. Do you have the capacity for that? I know Gimpalong already mentioned that last part, but I thought I'd mention it again since it will be a serious issue.

This is a general view of the field. binged.it/1broYiy The house in the image is on the property, which extends to the east. The woodline to the north is the northern boundary of the field itself. Camping is usually done in the backyard of the house. There is a nice fire pit area. Here is a shot of about 1/3 of the backyard area that I took from the deck of the house last summer. Stoney Ridge Road is a non-paved county-road. It's not especially wide, so it may be necessary to pack cars into the nearby trail that adjoins Stoney Ridge Road. The easiest way to access the field, at least for 2-wheel drive vehicles, is to take Scribner to Stoney Ridge Rd rather than driving south from the Rose City Rd as the track is kind of sandy and narrow. In previous games we've managed to put a dozen+ vehicles on the property itself, but this doesn't leave any room for anyone to get in or out without shifting several vehicles in the process.

We are on a private road the seldom receives traffic. There is a fairly large open area across the road where we have players park, there is also one down the road about 250ft that has never been used, although I'm not sure on how bad it has overgrown in the past few years so I will need to check things out, possibly do some maintenance on that. I plan on dropping a few trees and clearing them out on my own property to make more room for cars and camping. We will have enough room for everyone.

I'd probably be a good idea to say that anyone planning on staying overnight should be directed into the parking areas first, as blocking us in isn't going to be a huge issue. You can expect we (RAGE) will be doing our best to help with the actual parking situation. If you need a loud voice to do the briefing I'd be more than comfortable doing that as well, or with registration.
Unless the street is too narrow, can we ensure that players who attend on leaving after the first day park on the side of the road, and those who intend on camping out park up in the lot? I'll likely be showing up about an hour early just to help get things going or help out in general either way.

If you are going to have people out the day before I'd be more than willing to come help set up, because the more we can get done beforehand means more time spent playing instead. Let me know if you do need help the day before
