Two questions.
1. It says in the original post that the lunch menu will be decided closer to the event. Will it be pizza like last time, or something else?
2. I wasn't quite sure about one thing in the PowerPoint. Will there be Hells Survivors refs on the field with us, or will we be on our own?

Pizza.
I believe it will be like WW, where there will be 1 HS ref but he pretty much observes and stays out of gameplay.

One of my guys will take over for the squad. Also, will each squad get a Medic/EOD?

I have a quick question for you guys this may seem kind of weird but, have you guys somewhat plowed the field or driven on the trails with snowmobiles or anything. I went out the other day to play at my local field and the snow was way to deep to play in or even walk through there was one point where one of my guys walked into snow that was up to his waist and a couple others were trying to run through it and fell instantly. I was just seeing if you have walked the field to see the snow levels and how playable is it actually going to be with all this snow?

I think most if not all of us have been wondering that painslayer. I was curious to see if there were any other events at Hell's Survivor's so far this year and according to their calendar there was an event three weeks ago on 2/15. Not sure if the event still happened or not or if they canceled it, but I'm sure RAGE has been in communication with the field manager on this. hellsurvivors.com/pdf/2014CalendarofEvents.pdf

I live 20 minutes from the field and the snow isn't THAT deep in my yard. I seriously considering wearing snow pants though as I'm a civi.

It wasn't that bad at wounded wing, and I think there was more snow on the ground then as opposed to now.

It wasn't that bad at wounded wing, and I think there was more snow on the ground then as opposed to now. Yeah I gotta disagree with you on that. At Wounded Wing we got at least 3 to 6 inches of snow and that was Mid December. With all the snow we've gotten since then, there's definitely going to be a lot more snow than at Wounded Wing. The ground actually wasn't covered with snow at the start of the game if I remember correctly, but by the end of the day snow had accumulated.

My advice is to dress warmly and come prepared for deep snow. Make sure to bring appropriate clothing and boots as well as hats and gloves.
If you have multiple AEGs and batteries be sure to bring them along. Nothing seems to cause more issues than cold weather and AEGs.

Never fear gents! There should be plenty of hardpack under the soft stuff.
