I'll go ahead and volunteer myself as Faction CO for Counter-Narcotics. We're going to try and grab one of the medic slots as well, if you want to just reserve it, although we don't know exactly who is going to be the medic.

Would it be safe to assume that green based Russian camo patterns like EMR and Flora would be allowed for the Russian Security Forces faction?

Ozga - Yes, that is correct. As long as the camouflage matches the base color of the faction, you'll be alright. For example, I own a set of Russian Kamesh (Russian Woodland) and since it's green based it would be allowed for the green team. Obviously the same rule goes for other colors and/or patterns.
