Hey my fellow Michigan airsofters! My name's Steven and I play airsoft in Mid Michigan. Mainly in field games in Portland where I live, but I've played over in Hastings with the T.A.G guys, as well as CQB down in Kalamazoo. I've been playing airsoft for a few years but have been limited in my options because for my first 2 years of airsofting, I couldn't drive or wasn't allowed to. I'm looking to reach out farther now that I'm almost 18, and break the chains of "that noob that goes in plays airsoft in the woods with 5 of his buddies all the time." Now that I think about it, for the past few years I could have been considered a noob, buying black tactical gear (shudders), falling for the marketing abilities of sub-par manufacturers (a thousand curses upon you Echo 1!), and the like. Now that my friends and I are older, I hope that more airsofting opportunities will arise. I didn't know there were that many people who play in Michigan until recently!
