The zombies you are going to be shooting at are UNARMED. There is no reason to overkill/overshoot them. The point of the restrictions isn't for me to have a power trip and be a dick, it's to keep the zombies from getting lit up the very first game by a bunch of trigger happy players and not wanting to play any more.
As a zombie, please be nice to us. We volunteer for this stuff so people can have fun. If we are not having fun, I promise that you will not have fun and get your money's worth out of the event. If you hit me once or double tap me I promise I will go down. If you overkill me, I will eat your brain.
Would a scorpion aep count as a pistol? I know Sam usually counts it as one, but I just want your opinion on it.
It would depend on what it's shooting. If it's in the high end of the allowable range, I wouldn't consider it a pistol. If it's lower, I'd be fine with it but I would need to see the size of the magazines. It's not fair to everyone else if I'm not allowing high caps, but you have a 300+ round one for your pistol.
The reason for not having a magazine restriction on pistols, is the fact that they normally hold less the aeg magazines, and you would have to change mags more often. If a pistol has a high cap magazine ( more than the normal 50 round extended mags) it completely defeats the purpose.
It shoots ~240 fps w/ .2s, and uses a ~60 round hi-cap mag
