Seems the version of the WARNORD that I received lacked most of the detail of the actual WARNORD. That pretty much explains everything.
Sent from my XT1080 using proboards
I have a feeling what was passed on to players is far less detailed that what was sent out.
Warning Super post a head
Here is word for word what I sent:
OP: Draugr WARNORD
Revenant:
1: Deploy and set Forward Operating Base.
You will need to locate and secure an operations base for the entirety of this operation. You will need to set up defensive positions once the location is secured. This position will need to be controlled at all costs for the entire length of engagement.
2: Contact and arrange communications with Dr. Romero.
Dr. Romero will have a Personal Security Detail that needs to be contacted. More than likely, they will be in an open and highly visible area, as they are waiting contact from the Revenant. Once the PSD has been located, one member must meet with them to acquire the radio frequency needed to contact them.
3: Contact and arrange meeting with Dr. Romero.
Once a communication channel has been acquired, you will need to contact the Dr. and arrange a meeting to receive the virus trigger doses.
4: Meet with Dr. and secure virus trigger doses.
4A: Once a meeting has been arranged, you must defend the Dr. and his detail from any outside attacks.
4B: In the event of an attack, you must convince the Dr. and his group to return to your FOB, and remain there for the length of the engagement.
4C: In the event that you are unable to meet with Dr. and protect him from outside forces, the Dr. MUST be retrieved and returned to your FOB at ALL COSTS.
4D: If the meeting is broken up before the trigger is acquired, and either A or B do not succeed, you must contact the Dr. and continue to arrange meetings until it is accomplished.
5: Locate and secure all Zombie virus doses.
The “Reverend” your great and fearless leader has the exact count of the number of doses. He should also have a general location of these doses. You will need to acquire this information from him, to retrieve ALL of the doses. It is extremely important to retrieve all of these doses, as if a single dose is captured by outside forces, it could be used to create an antidote. These doses are to be returned to the Reverend.
6: Defend virus from outside forces.
Once the doses have been secured, they must be kept under complete control and not allowed to be captured.
6A: In the case that a dose is either acquired or stolen by outside forces, these doses MUST be retaken by any means available.
7: Defend the “Reverend”.
The “Reverend” is considered a high value target, and opposition will be very intent on capturing him. You must keep him safe and secure at any cost.
7A: If somehow the “Reverend” is captured, he must be rescued and returned to FOB by the end of the engagement.
8: Protect and or Detain Dr. Romero
Under orders of the “Reverend”, the Dr. needs to remain under guard until the end of the engagement to prevent capture and the possibility of him supplying outside forces with a possible antidote for the virus.

US Forces:
1: Deploy and set up Forward Operating Base.
You will need to locate and secure an operations base for the entirety of this operation. You will need to set up defensive positions once the location is secured. This position will need to be controlled at all costs for the entire length of engagement.
2: Reconnaissance.
This is an observation assignment only, no engagement. You must locate the Dr.’s group and watch for their contact with OpFor. Once you have visual confirmation of their meeting, send one member to contact the Dr.’s group and obtain a radio channel to be used for communication.
3: Meeting with Dr. Romero
3A: Using radio communications or Face to Face meetings, try to convince the Dr. to side with your forces.
3B: Watch for and disrupt any Revenant meetings with the Dr., only engaging before the physical meeting occurs, the Dr. must not be killed.
3C: If the meeting is disrupted, you are tasked with preventing further meetings. Continue to attempt to arrange a meeting with Dr. to secure him.
4: Securing Dr. Romero.
4A: By either convincing the Dr. to come willingly or by force, you are tasked with capturing and securing the Dr. and returning him to the FOB until exfill at the end of the engagement.
4B: If the Dr. is taken back to the Revenant base, extraction/rescue is mandatory.
5: Locate and secure all Zombie virus doses.
5A: The Dr. will know exactly how many virus doses there are, but he will have no idea on the location of these doses. At the very least, you will need to confirm how many doses he has supplied the cult.
5B: The “Reverend” the Revenant leader is known to have an exact count of the number of doses. He should also have a general location of these doses. You may need to acquire this information from him, to retrieve ALL of the doses. It is extremely important to retrieve all of these doses, as a single dose can be used to unleash the virus on the world.
5C: Eliminate any OpFor forces and capture and secure any virus doses they may have. This is an open engagement against Revenant forces.
5D: Infiltrate OpFor FOB and retrieve any doses they may have. These will most likely be with the Reverend.
6: Capture not Kill the “Reverend”.
The cult leader is to be secured; he can be injured, but not killed. Once secured, he is to be extracted to your FOB for interrogation. He is to be held until the end of the operation, and removed from the base to the exfill location.
7: Dr. Romero.
If the Dr. has not been secured or convinced to join your forces, he must be taken/obtained by the end of the operation. He is the only person who can create an antidote if for some reason the virus is unleashed.
