We're still not on the same page regarding the legalities, but honestly I don't care about the legalities. I agree with no harm, no foul. I brought it up because there are some people who do care (e.x. Zorak, maybe others?). My main issue is that you're putting out wrong information and incidentally creating the potential for more confusion. Except for one channel (16 on your list) all of your frequencies can be used by normal walkie talkies. You are then stating that without modification or special programming normal radios can't use them. That's simply incorrect.
I can see that you have made up your mind, so I won't continue this any further.

Folks, presented below is a list of things to remember for gameday, please read these carefully and make sure they’re followed. This will allow the smoothest transition from registration, to briefing, to gameplay.
Prior to gameday 1.Have enough water and food for the day, granolas, fruit, etc. This will help cut down on down time, as we have a limited amount of daylight. 2. Mags loaded, with one empty mag for chrono station 3. Full seal goggles 4. Kill rag 5. Radio 6. Barrel bag 7. Be dressed for cold weather, layers are good so you can shed them 8. Be ready to be moved through registration, chrono, and briefing very quickly. Debi, from Aaron’s Gifts from Home will be speaking at briefing, so lets make sure we have enough time for her. 9. Radio
On gameday 1. Waiver printed out, signed and ready to turn in 2. If you haven’t prepayed, $30 cash ready to pay at the door 3. If you have prepayed, be prepared to give your name and callsign at the door, and to confirm your team placement 4. You will be directed from registration to chrono, so please be prepared to hustle through these two stations. 5. Briefing will start promptly at 0900, with or without you. It’s your responsibility to be ready to play, if you aren’t you only have yourself to blame. 6. Have fun 7. Radio

Do you know which channels the 8-15 counterparts are then? I'll gladly incorporate them into the radio listing under whatever 2 way channel they fall on. In any case, I feel that seven channels should more than cover everyone. Once you start getting down the two or three man per channel stations, syncing up is always a pain and a lot more information will be lost.

Channels 8-16 on your list are not high frequency channels outside the range of "over the counter radios". Those frequencies map to 15-22 with only channel 16(~23) being outside the normal GMRS/FRS frequency range.

Apologies for missing the crucial details. I was under the impression you said something about radio frequencies sloshing over between the aforementioned and the pre-existing 15-22? In any case, disregard those frequencies. Channels 1-7 will be used game day, if you want a specific frequency feel free to make that among your team.

What I was saying is that people looking for extra channels as you just suggested could end up in the 15-22 range and you may have different groups using the same channels. I think it's just better to identify who gets what instead of letting people just figure it out. The former eliminates any accidental eavesdropping. I see no benefit to the latter. Also, There's nothing wrong with people using 15-22. Granted they technically need a GMRS license, but I'm not going to pretend that I care about that.
As you can see this is all getting confusing. This is why I was trying to set things straight. If I were anyone else I would just say fuck the radios, I'll just buy a bull horn.

Thanks for clearing it up, in any case I'm going to shit can the channels 8 and up and we'll just play on 1-7. As I said before, if that runs into an issue with someone else they can just play on their own frequency.

I noticed that the rules only specified ammo count, not a mag type requirement. So is it OK if I'm runnin with hi caps so long as I'm within the ammo limit? I'm still fairly new to this so I don't own any mids so I need to know if I need to pick some up ASAP.

Can we get an update to the page 1 information and put the final radio channels are frequency list there. There are a lot of people now that need to program radios prior to playing. Me being one of them because I use mine for other things other than airsoft.
Plus there are now 2-3 frequency lists strewn about this thread. One final-end all list on the first post from Shawn would be great. Thanks!

Viper, Mosin is the one with the radio knowledge, we'll have something up by tonight as far freq's and channels go.

My apologies if I somehow missed this, but is there a schedule for this event?
I've read above that the briefing is at 9:00 AM, but what time will Hell Survivors be open? Are we breaking for a lunch period or playing through?
Again, sorry if I missed something. My internet is super spotty up here at the moment due to weather.

0800 players show up 0800-0900 players load up/gear up, check in and crono 0900 Debi will speak 0915 safety brief, rules explained 0930 players get in position 0945 game 1 starts
Lunch will likely be later in the day (1-2p most likely). Realisticly we only own this field from sunup to sundown, so we're going to maximize time on field. First two games we will not be going back to cars/staging, and if you bring $5.00 its all you can eat pizza during the lunch period to be delivered right when we break. Again, maximizing time on field.
Around 4:30-5p we're gonna do raffle drawings and we have to be off the field before dark (field owners said it was cool to continue with the drawing though).
I'd encourage all players to show up with mags loaded and as ready to go as possible. We don't have time for slow prep if we want to maximize field use.
