Nearly all residents of Somalia are Muslim. The shemagh is legit. Like, actually purchased from some Arab guys. Muslim yes, but Arabic no. The Salwar Kameez robe is more a traditional arab garment than Somali. Yes, the shemagh is worn in Somalia and you can even see them wearing them in the pictures I linked.

You aren't going to run into problems with people mistaking your shemagh as a dead rag, are you? I know for Northern Light, LC frowned upon using a shemagh with red in it.

A Members Only jacket and a pair of parachute pants to rock out that late 80's early 90's look. Good luck and have fun. I'll be there also but on the TFR side. I have been adding to my collection of period gear so that I can also look the part.

Actually, all the role-players at Zussman dress like arabs and speak arabic at you. Next time, before you dopes try to rain on his parade, go to Irene and see what it's like first.
Marshy will fight right in, except that he won't speak arabic like their actually-paid culturally-educated roleplayers that are ACTUAL staff members at the facility, not other airsofters that John Lu brought in to make scenarios work.
