No problem at all Viper. I've been dealing with electro-pneumatics for over 10 years now between paintball and Airsoft.
On a side note, I know to most people this seems so insignificant but here it is. You always have to use good batteries and always start them out with a full charge with these things. Most people use mini LiPo's in theirs but on the off chance that you use a 9v you must buy quality. When my batteries start running low my epar behaves weird.
Sometimes it will feed poorly or SA and FA are both FA.
Best of luck with your p*

Bump this. To my polarstar users: what mags do you guys run? My MAG midcaps worked for a while at Irene then started acting up again and I was getting miss feeds like a bitch again.

I use 6 year old MAG brand, and then adjust the fit with electrical tape in the magazine well. Without electrical tape I get a lot of misfeeds, but with the tape in place, the magazines are pressed into the rifle and feed just fine.

I find I have my best luck (VFC Body, Gen3 Engine), using Echo 1 DoW magazines, they sit perfect without any adjusting. A close second is Elite Force Mids, They feed well 90% of the time but need the occasional bump.

Are you electrical taping the back of the well to force them forward? I find I have my best luck (VFC Body, Gen3 Engine), using Echo 1 DoW magazines, they sit perfect without any adjusting. I've heard the Elite Force 140's are some of the best and are actually what PolarStar recommended to me. I'm thinking that I may have to dump my Madbull bodies and try and find some full VFC's.

Yes, I electrical tape the rear of the magazine well in order to force the magazines forward and up. I've heard of other folks using the soft side of adhesive backed velcro to do the same, but electrical tape has always worked for me.

Following up on Gimp's post, when I tape I do the exact same thing, and in most cases it works like a charm. It's certainly a cheaper fix then having to buy a new set of magazines.
