You also need to stop and think before you post. Ask yourself: "is what I'm writing a worthwhile contribution to this thread? Is my spelling, grammar, capitalization and punctuation correct? Is this a relevant comment? Is my comment written in a tasteful, respectful way?"
If you can answer "yes" to those questions then, by all means, click "reply." Otherwise it's probably best to not reply at all.
I also hate to be "that guy," but... just above you wrote:
I pay attention to every post to which I can learn or give constructive feed back, I understand the dead thread situation sorry I'll pay attention the dates from now on.
You need to use punctuation.
"I pay attention to every post to which I can learn or give constructive feedback." [<- PERIOD] "I understand the dead thread situation." [<- PERIOD] "Sorry, [<- COMMA] I'll pay attention TO the dates from now on."
Again, we really aren't trying to be grammar nazis, but since we've previously asked you to clean up your posting we expect you to actually do so.

Finally, don't argue with the mods publicly. Don't defend yourself if you think they're wrong and you're right. PM and admin, either myself or Zorak (or Bigmack if you don't mind a wait) and we'll hear your complaint. The moderation staff will not undermine each other publicly and will come down on you harder for bitching about rule enforcement whether the original warning was justified or not. Carry yourself responsibly here.
