Uniforms Requirement for each team are as followed. ArmorGroup International (Green) Marpat, Woodland, Hunting Camo, A-TACS FG, you know the Drill. The Phoenix Offensive (Tan) Desert Marpat, Contractor, ACU, 3 Color Desert, Multicam. etc. ALL Players wearing Civilian clothes that ARE NOT green in color will be placed on the tan team. |

Cancel an event due to team camo color? Why not just use two different color duct tape armbands if everyone shows up in green. Everyone would get a band on both arms; not wearing your bands is cheating? I think Canto runs some of his games with arm bands, maybe you should ask him for some tips about it. If money is an issue I'd pitch in some cash to buy duct tape rolls.

Ogre,
It looks to me like you've got a decent crowd who want to come out and play. It would be pretty disappointing to cancel this event when you've got players who want to play. If not enough tan players show up, you should think about having a few rolls of red and blue tape laying around to band people with.
Obviously, yeah, people will bitch... but it's either bitch and play or don't play at all.

I know you've had problems with banding before, but I think those problems (atleast at the last Cold Hammer) came from people not being aware of banding since it wasn't clearly discussed in the briefing. If everyone is wearing one then everyone is on the same terms and understands that the bands are what they need to look for. Friendly fire will happen, but that's just all part of the game. Also this: Obviously, yeah, people will bitch... but it's either bitch and play or don't play at all. |
