Hey guys sorry for the lack of responses on this forum about the event. Things have been pretty crazy I was suppose to be getting some help on this thread as I am celebrating the birth of my first child. We have struggled to put any kind of a roster together mostly because the majority of people who have pre-paid have not told us what team they are planning on playing for. We are also not 100% sure if we will be handing out maps to everyone or not, so that is why we haven't posted anything on that yet. Congratulations, Hunt.
Now for my question. Being someone who doesn't own a pair of blue jeans, can I wear grey cargo pants or kahkis, with a black top for marijuana team?

Janitor,
We are staying pretty strict about the blue jeans needing to be blue jeans. If you can't borrow a pair from anybody you would have to play for the cocaine team instead and hopefully you or a friend you could borrow from would have a camo that matches their guidelines instead.
The blue jeans are really needed so there is a very clear distinction between the two teams. Khaki or grey khaki could look like a form of camo from a distance and make it hard for someone to know who you are. Also there may or may not be more types of people on the field that have not been described in the story that could have a similar outfit and we don't want players to get confused there either.
Last thing I would suggest is to go out and buy a clearance set of blue jeans or go check out GoodWill as well. If you really look you could probably find a really cheap pair of jeans. If the Delgado team wins there is a good chance that the uniform for a possible sequel would stay the same for at least that team. Sorry but we are sticking to these uniforms pretty hard. Hope you can still attend. Thanks!

I wanted to copy something from the Kalamazoo Airsoft forum over to here so we can clear up any possible question on uniforms. If you have a question PM me. Thanks!!
So let me be very clear about this event and the camo restrictions. If people show up in a camo that is not on the list, they will be asked to change. If they do not have the proper camo, Kalamazoo Airsoft will be carrying a small selection of camo that will qualify and if they don't have what is needed, for instance blue jeans, then that person(s) will be asked to go into town and purchase what ever is needed. Other than that the only other option is to not participate. I hope everyone understands this. PM if you have questions. Also please to those of you who know people coming with out blue jeans planning on playing for Diego Delgado, tell them it is a requirement, not an option.
Here is the list that was given from day one and needs to be followed.
Pablo Estevez Cocaine Team:
Woodland, Woodland MARPAT, DPM, OD Tiger Stripe, OD Green, Multi-Cam and Woodland A-TACs
Diego Delgado Marijuana Team:
Blue Jeans with Black or Desert Tan Top
The only other addition we are allowing is to Diego Delgado's team and that is they are allowed to wear a Hawaiian shirt. Also understand people are allowed to wear what ever color gear over their uniform. Gear is much more expensive and we understand people just don't go out and buy all new gear for an event. Thanks for the heads up Slack, I know people like to wear their full camo's but this is a different kind of Milsim. You guys will not be at a disadvantage and you guys are going to have a blast. There is some pretty funny stuff lined up and I can't wait for you guys to experience it. Thanks again.

Ok, so I know this is completely last minute but I figured I could still post it in hopes that some of you get to print it out. I will have a small amount of these printed out in color for squad leaders but not enough for everyone to just have one. There are no building names because that is part of the Milsim, you will have to gather intel from the field and a wise squad leader would keep note of building names. Hope this helps a little!!
