My 1911 fell into a swamp a month back, and when i pulled it out it would not cycle fully. The slide would come back just far enough to completely pull out the loading nozzle. But before it would snap back the slide would stick. I know its not the loading nozzle because it will snap back and everything will function fine when i am racking( no gas) the slide. But something at the front of the slide( hop-up/barrel area) is making the slide stick really badly.. Any help? www.flickr.com/photos/kusluski/8697617380/Sorry for the video quality i dont have a good video camera. Thanks.

Have you taken it all the way down and cleaned out yet? It might be as simple as your disconnector hanging up on grime and pushing up on the slide.

I've taken all the slide components apart but not the lower. Why didn't I think of that.
