Had a great time yesterday at the ATS field. I know the rain sucked, especially for those that have fogging issues. To me the rain just adds to the atmosphere. The group of players was very good, I had no issues with hit calling or general gamesmen ship.
That first game we played, where everyone scatters and then opens up was actually pretty good. I had my doubts when it was being described. Gave us a chance to shoot at our teammates of once. Casper....I was counting down and was on 28 when you tagged me. Another two seconds I was going to have to open up on all of you. That would have been fun!
The flag game was good as well. I wasn't sure who won till I was in the parking lot and found out that my son and Dom? ran the flag back to the butcher shop. Wish I could have seen that.
Let's continue to have a good turnout here folks. I would really hate to lose our ability to play here, one of my favorite fields. If you have never been...get your ass out there and try it.
Yes....Da Vinci was there. Or at least someone wearing a uniform with his name tapes on it.

Yes, I was. Marty (don't know his username on here) took plenty of pictures, they're on the ATS Facebook page. Had lots of fun, though I was only there from 3-closing.

Yes there was a Da Vinci sighting at the game yesterday. Rain super sucked. I am still drying out all of my shit.
On a lighter note. MIA as the weather gets nicer, you are going to want to play and there will not be any OP's going on. Head on out to the ATS Field, you will have a fun day of airsoft.

When I got there, everyone was already in a game, but I didn't know. Thankfully, Thaddeus pulled up before I panicked and helped get me situated with what was going on. He was a really big help the whole time I was there and was very friendly. He even sold me a suppressor and fixed up the straps on my RRV. Sadly, I only got one game in before I got soaked to the bone by the rain. Being a guy from the heart of the south, I didn't hold up to the cold. I am currently coming down with something nasty, but it was worth it. It was great playing against the guys who were there, especially the Hellfish, who promptly stole the flag from us and stuck it up our butt. Can't wait to come back when the weather is better!

Yes, Tap Out when I created it was meant to challenge everyone and add a little get even to standard shootem up games, especially since it starts out as an everyman for himself, glad to hear you enjoyed it.
