Hello, I'm Scott Badgero from Northern Michigan airsoft, I'm currently trying to reach out to other airsoft teams and groups around the state. Looking to pull us all together to have much bigger matches. So when you have time message me back and hopefully we can exchange game dates with each other for the year. Thanks for your time www.facebook.com/northernmichiganairsoft?fref=ts

Is there an 18+ age requirement? If not my team would be interested.

Hey Scott,
If you haven't already, check out the event section of the forum. Look especially at Operation Cold Hammer. It is taking place next weekend in West Branch and is drawing a lot of players from Northern Michigan. This might be a good event to attend and get your name out.
Where are you guys located, and where the field you most frequently play at?
I'm located in TC and would be interested in hitting up more games.
Also, I noticed that your facebook page lists Northern Michigan Airsoft as a "Professional Sports Team." Unless I'm wrong (which I could be), I don't think you guys are getting paid to play, right? So you're actually more of an amateur team, right?
Anyway, welcome to MiA!

Not trying to tute my own horn but you may want to check this out miairsoft.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=general&thread=46172&page=2. Also if you know anyone who's a big-wig in the NMA community I could really use their help on this, if you could pass on the word that would be great. You may want to check out the Asshats near Gaylord; Talisman is who you want to contact about them. Also, I'm the representative from team Doom out in the Northwest, nice to meet you. If your ever going to be in the area shoot me a PM and I'll let you know what games we got going that week. Gimpalong is the airsoft expert in the Northwest and Deputy865 has a new group starting up.

You spelled "Michigan" wrong in the title.
I am easily annoyed.

So I see you offer airsoft training, what does that entail exactly?

Can you be a little more specific? Because most of us in the south won't drive up to Alpena just to "find out."

It's cool that you guys have your own facebook page, website and forums. Definitely great resources.
I'd also suggest you guys post your games in the event section here. This forum gets a lot of traffic from players all around the state and posting here might expand your audience a bit.
What field do you guys play at? Or where is your field located?
As I mentioned, I'm in the TC area and am interested in playing more Northern MI games.
Are you guys coming to Operation Cold Hammer in West Branch this upcoming weekend? It might be worth checking out if you want to get your name out there in the community.

We have a field right here in Alpena, well right out side of town, and we will be posting our games, we also work with the owner of Area 51 paintball and hold 3 ops on his field a year. We are currently working on getting the rights to build more on our field, we play on a county own field that we have permission to play on and do some base field maintenance on. we play every sunday (weather permitting). I'm open to exchanging info with a any one so we can all get together to play.

Rather than exchanging information with individuals, you'll get a better response by simply posting public games on the boards. This forum is the primary hub for players in Michigan, and while there are a number of more regional off shoot groups, you can find almost any public game in the state posted here. MiA is a community with a lot of resources available to any player in the state, and our event board is one of them. There's no need to segregate yourselves, have your boys come on, introduce themselves, and take part in the greater Michigan community. We're more than happy to share the love.
