Updated ODA561 and Suicide Kings information.
[EDIT] I'm still looking for detailed information on 3.14, Tru, Palisade, Red Reaper, Screaming Eagles, WMiA, NMA, teams in the UP, and the WWII group in southern Mi.
I have no intent in adding GK since when I came across them, while I was doing the initial map-markers, they very clearly appeared to be inactive. Most of their stuff was last updated in 2006. If someone reputable can clearly prove otherwise then I'll add them. Besides, everything should have some sort of mythical pre-history, it adds flavor and so much more.

The WWII groups field is in Manchester. I don't think the group is based in one place though.

This should be stickied in either the newbie or events section; even in its incomplete state this would be a valuable tool for Michigan airsofters everywhere. Just don't lock the thread so it can still be addd upon in the future. Great work!

Palisade is one of those can't pin us down teams. I myself live in Indiana, while most of the founding fathers live up north near the Cadillac area. The rest of the team is spread out in between those areas.

Yea, so why'd you throw us in the middle of the lake with the Hellfish?!

Hey,
Thought I'd chime in for 3.14. We have 2 primary fields, (Hastings & Birch Run), we have members that are spread across the state. So not sure how you wish to plot that, but there's the info!

Lost Parade is based out of Wisconsin, but with how big of a audience MIA gets and the fact that I am a decently active member im gunna throw our info out there. Plus our location is visible on the map, so no changes would have to be made. If you feel that we are too far away, I would understand. Lost Parade New London, WI 54961 lostparade@yahoo.com

Thanks Dingo and Maverick for chipping-in the info about your groups. Since a few of these had a short "Description" section, I just opted to note that 3.14, Palisade, and Hellfish are all "State-wide" teams in that section. Both of the 3.14 locations are marked on the map, can't really hurt to have both on there. This map is really growing, thanks everyone for all the help. [EDIT] Krutch, you guys are only a couple hours from the boarder I guess I can add you. I figured stepping out of the bounds of this project to add teams that are close to Michigan was ok, since airsoft doesn't stop at state lines. This does create problems though since there's no way to separate the list into different sections for each state, so the list view could become difficult to navigate if i include all teams. Maybe someone might start a Wisconsin airsoft map and we can eventually have one for all the great lakes states. Please keep in mind that the image in the first post does not auto-update, it's just a place holder; the Admins would have to add code to the forum to have an embedded interactive map. [EDIT] Thanks again to Maverick +1, this time for giving MAP another great home on the 3.14 website. www.314operators.com/index.php?section=map[EDIT] Updated the sample image to reflect some of the more recent MAP updates. The UP desperately needs some attention. I mailed some people a few weeks back but never got any responses; If you know any teams up there please spread the word. Colt of W.O.L.F. in Sault Sainte Marie was kind enough to inform me they disbanded, but I'm looking for info about the team in Marquette for sure. [EDIT] Thanks to sgttom the WWII reenactors are now on the map!

Added "Full Spectrum Airsoft" in Petoskey; thanks to misfit61 for the info.
[EDIT] We're now looking for notable members of the MiA community to join this project. This will actually allow you to edit the map by logging into your Google account. If your interested please PM me for details.
[EDIT] Added Fear Roback as referee at Future Ball Paintball; Thanks for the info Roback!

Just wanted to say hi from Michigan Tech (Airsoft Association of MTU), i saw Cats talking about the UP needing help and i agree, we're the only team mapped up here so far, and i think there needs to be more haha.
I do wish i had something like this when i first started airsoft, would've made it easier, keep up the good work guys!

It really helps to see where people and fields are located. I knew there wasn't much around me, but central Michigan is really deprived.

Thanks Tommy and shadsquatch for the good words.
Thanks to Janitor for replying to my questions about the Hell Jumpers; and Raef for the updated comments about FSA.
The COG has been added thanks to Mashy's Info.
Still looking for info about teams, especially in the UP, there are still a lot of groups that aren't on here yet. If you know a team not on here yet or have updated info about a team already posted then please post about it or PM me.
[EDIT] Added SWAT thanks to Sleepy; and added Mayhem thanks to mayhemxxxboombox.
[EDIT] SWAT moved from Kazoo to Portage.
[EDIT] A special thanks to Carnage for the information he provided about his team Omnicide.
Any players/teams in Mt. Pleasant?

[BUMP] Sorry about the double post but I figure it's about time to bump this. I edited the initial post for better clarity and more updates are always on the way.
If you have information, or know someone that might, please contribute! The UP and middle-Michigan still look vary empty, so if you know a group in one of those regions please let them know about this project.
