I've settled on the KWA SR7, seems light the perfect rifle for me for Northern Light this year. What I'd like to achieve is shooting .25s maybe even .28s at normal and accurate range. I know that KWAs springs start off around 380+ FPS until they settle, then drop to 350ish from what I hear. What upgrades would I need to achieve a constant FPS of around 375ish while maintaining accuracy? And should I stick with my current .25s or go to .28s? Motors, barrels, springs, whatever you guys can recommend Help me build the perfect rifle for Northern Light

I have the KM4 RIS, I can tell you that it started out at 384 FPS and it continued to be that. I then switched the inner barrel later on to a Prometheus 6.03 and it now shoots in the low 390s. The barrel is the only thing I've changed on it, and I've used it as my primary since 2010. Just make sure your last shots at the end of the day is always a couple semi auto shots, so the spring isn't compressed.
Oh yeah, and that 390s is with .20, I normally shoot .25 for game play.

Sweet I have a G&G rated at 330 with .20 and I switched to .25s bcuz they go thru brush better. My FPS is junk I bet I have nothing else to say but that's why the SR7 appeals to me so much because of its reliability and all.

Keep in mind the Sr7s typically come with weaker springs to make them more CQB friendly. To get to 375 I'd swap out the spring for a PDI spring.

Motor won't do anything about FPS, most KWA's can handle anything around the 400fps +/- range without upgrading the motor. If you wanted to pull a harder spring, or aren't as impressed with the rate of fire then you could go with a better motor. I use .25's in anything sub 400fps (400fps chronoed with .20's), and .28's in anything a bit higher (like in Milsims where I use my field weapon and am not engaging into close full-auto fights as much). The .28's will pierce brush better than .25's, but they aren't great for weapons that aren't in the area of 420+. That's my experience anyhow.
A nice tight-bore paired with a good hop-up bucking should be sufficient (or if you want to dive into an R-Hop setup, you could try your hand at that).

I thought the KWA hop up was suppose to be great? And a simple TBB would keep the SR7 atleast 350 FPS with .25s? Have a spring suggestion ?

I don't own a KWA personally, I just work on them from time to time and use my teammates KWA's from time to time as well. With a nice 6.03 Tightbore, you'll see a FPS jump of ~5-10fps.
Everyone always asks when they buy a gun what they should start upgrading it with from the get go. I've told my teammates this (being their tech) and I will tell you the same. Everything I've said are suggestions. The best thing for you to do when you get a new gun, is to go out and play with it. See how it performs before you dive into upgrading it. You might get a perfect out of the box specimen, and never have to touch anything on it.
My buddy bought a brand new G&P and instantly started upgrading it (against my heed). It hasn't fired the same since. I thought it fired great, but now he has a mix of compression issues (was the new cylinder head initially, now it's his bucking).

Well than I shall do that, seems the most logical way to save money
