Would this be a fair trade:
TM MP7 with charger, two batteries and two mid caps for:
Hurricane M16: - Hurricane Colt M4 Metal Body - TM M16A2 Front End - Upgraded Gearbox - TM M4A1 Rearstock w/ Battery Bag or a M-16A2 fully stock - TM M4A1 Carry Handle - Systema Hop-Up - Prometheus M16A2 Tightbore - CA Pistol Grip - TM EG1000 - TM 300rd Hi-Cap
Thoughts?

Uhm, yes, if you're getting the M16. Do it as fast as you can. That's practically illegal because it's almost stealing.

Totally depends on how each person perceives the value of each item. Generally when trading an AEP for an AEG the person getting the AEG is usually perceived as getting the better deal. However, since it is a TM MP7, most of them generally hold their value pretty well. I see people asking $250 for the TM MP7 a lot, so depending on who buys it, the person acquiring the TM MP7 could turn around and sell it more than they could sell the AEG for.

HurricanE isn't exactly frowned upon, AND the M-16 has a Prometheus in it... Performance wise, M-16. Based on what was listed inside at any rate. Also, good luck repairing a TM MP7 if/when it goes out...

Personally, IMO, it all depends on what you like. For example, I took getting a p90 in a trade over a m4 because personally, I like p90's. If I'm going to have a gun, it's going to be because of what I like and not what other people think.

The reason why I am asking is because I am a total noob when it comes to airsoft upgrades and I don't know if some are good and worth it or is POS.

An MP7 on the other hand... Not as much.

Also, good luck repairing a TM MP7 if/when it goes out... No disagreements with anything that you said there. Performance wise yes AndrewMP5K's Hurricane M16 I'm sure is a great performing gun. I bought his upgraded TM Aug years ago and he knows his stuff that's for sure. So speaking strictly from a performance perspective that will go to the Hurricane M16. Also depends on what the person wants it for. If they do more CQB then obviously a TM MP7 will be worth more to them than a full length M16. I'm just stating that the value of an a TM MP7 even if it's an AEP is probably the only AEP that will hold its value very well and can be worth more than an AEG.

By the way how is that AUG doing? God it's one of the few guns I really, really, really miss.

I was the reverse funny enough. Decked a PSG-1 out, sold it, created the AUG with the money from it. Small world, .

I put a Guarder Infinite Torque-Up motor in it, and it made a world of difference. Had I kept it longer, I'd of converted it to Deans and (if I hadn't already) removed the fuse. But I swapped from the normal AUG brick to a nun-chuck (1600 to 2000).

Right on, I still have that old black AK of yours (or your buddies, I think I'm the product of two siblings sleeping together.. doy!) in a box at my parent's place. Needs a butt plate, as it is with TM's.
