Priceline +3 on Woodland side. Not so sure this is worth $35 though.

That should be at least 28 people. The price is due to the cost of renting a field that is the top of the line... the field is a paint ball place but is most excellent for airsoft. The field is vary large and buildings from end to end.

I have played there many times and the prices isn't usually this high. Maybe Tino was able to get a better deal when he was putting on the games but who knows. I just don't want to pay $35 a person for a 30 (probably less) person game.

Well the host thinks he can get a good turnout by increasing price a little to raffle off a 200 dollar gun, we tried to tell him the price was high enough without door prizes. You can tell him yourself at the game because he is nearly impossible to contact.

It's also an event in Northern Michigan, an area with a lot fewer players than down state. In addition, a lot of players who have attended these Mancelona games are not on the forum.
When I showed up to the first one of these events for this season in the spring I expected a low turn-out and there was like 45-55 people there who I'd never seen on the forum. I only knew two from the forum (Stinky and Talisman).
It's hard to gauge turnout at events like this because Northern Michigan is still in the "we play on our 20 acres of private land with 10 people and only rarely go to organized, pay-to-play events" phase.
Additionally, the event host has the right to charge whatever he feels is appropriate with the understanding that it might affect turnout. That's the risk you take as an event host.
It would, however, be nice if the host would actually make an appearance from time to time on these forums and up-keep his thread instead of making Stinky do all the work in absentia.

Rain cleared out and the game ended up being a lot more enjoyable than anyone could have predicted. A couple of people no showed i am sure do to the rain but there were still about 20 maybe 22 think my team had 11 at one point. The field was cut to size to keep the game play fast and fun the biggest problem i had on the day was that i just did not have enough magazines in my load out.
