1st annual MIA swap meet

Got something to sell or trade? Got something you want to buy but want to see it in person first before buying? Got something wrong with your gun that you want fixed? Then this is the place you want to be on Saturday September 22. Consider this the MIA commerce section but in real life.

We will also have a section set up where you can test fire any guns and chrono them as well.

Time: 11:00am – 5:00pm
Cost: $5.00

For those selling items, please show up at 10:30am so you can set up ahead of time.

BRING CASH. I doubt anyone has the capabilities of processing a check or credit card.





Also just so there is another thing that will keep you guys entertained, everyone that attends can participate in a timed (pistols only) shooting course tournament. Your times will be posted and the top 8 times of the day will get to go again in a single elimination head to head run until we have one winner. We'll have a small prize for the top two guys along with bragging rights.

Bring your own pistol, bbs, and goggles.


Post a reply if you are planning on attending so I can get a roster up. Also let us know if you are planning on selling so we know how many to expect at 10:30. This is the first time anything like this has been done around here and it will only work if the buyers and sellers are willing to make a deal. It should be a good time to just hang out and talk and look at guns and even fire a few.

What if we only have a small amount of things to sell? Ex. Random internal and external upgrades and some pouches along with maybe a gun or two?

Bring whatever you have. If you only had small stuff then you probably don't have to show up at 10:30.

I have a square app and reader for credit cards. I use it at conventions all the time when selling my artwork. They take 3% if you swipe and 4% if you have to type in the numbers of your total but its worth it.

I do believe there is internet access there so if really needed, I suppose we could also do paypal transactions.

You guys doing the $5 for general admission? Or is it for a 'Seller Booth', etc.?

Yeah basically its for the general admission and pistol shooting tournament.

The factory will be up and running that day I believe. I just wanted to make sure they get a little something for letting us use the facilities.

As for tables, some tables and tents will also be provided (first come first served) but its always a good idea to bring your own stuff if you have it.

I'll do my darndest to make it. If not to sell some stuff, but to shoot the breeze at least.
