Well I still can't sleep so I yanked some stuff off my real AR and stuck it on this. Sucks that the bad lever won't fit behind the bolt catch. Other than that it's pretty solid.
Changed the KWA LM4 around a little bit.
Al airsoft stuff. The DD rail is the madbull 9" and the peg is Pro&T and the Acog is a red dot I wish I would have got a description from the guy I bought it from other wise I wouldn't have but its got good looking trades, we shall see how well it holds up on a Gbbr. The stock is the UBR. Required a bit of dremeling to get it to work but it wasn't to bad. The pistol grip is real Magpul off my pour AR-15 and fit like a glove (for the most part) and the AVG needed some dremeiling as well I believe it was meant for the magpul fore end. But its on there for now.
This rifle isn't turning out to bad. Now if some one would just make a 350 FPS bolt for it because from what I have been reading the Npas will not work.... Shitty.
Let me know what you guys think.

Well I did some messing around today with the rifle and some of my real steel parts i have from my AR-15's and the are some good/bad revelations. Please for give the crude pictures but I am stuck using my Iphone as a camera. First up real steel receiver fit.
The KWA lower has a wider front hinge piece on their upper so there is quite a bit of room for the real steel one to slop back and forth. The front hinge point on the KWA upper is a bit bigger and the rear hinge point is a bit smaller so you cant even sink the lower lock tab piece into the body. And the real ar upper is a bit longer, I didnt measure but it wont even sit closed. PIC.
The silver Lower is one I had made for me thats why it is that color and it helps give a obvious idea as to which one is which.
I also found the looking at the two lowers side by side you can see that the KWA lower is shorter and slightly wider than the real steel counter part. and the front hinge pin post sticking out of the front of the lower (take down pins) is slimmer on the real ar and wider on the KWA.
The upper receivers are slightly different as well obviously. But pretty close.
The charging handles are going to be something of a problem if any one wants to use a real steel one. they are milled really different.
The differences between the real AR bolt and the KWA one is slight, the real bolt is obviously thicker and the hole opening for the bolt is bigger on the real one and its a little longer.
And of course I tried to see if the real lower would accommodate the KWA upper and it wasn't even a close match.
And a side by side comparison of the real thing and the KWA.
And lastly I tried to use a real steel buffer and spring in the KWA and it lets the bolt carrier come so far back that it gets hung up on the hammer so it had to be taken apart to get it un stuck. Then I thought ok, I will use the stock buffer and the real steel spring... No dice there either, it wont even cycle the bolt back pulling on the charging handle so that was a flop as well.
It looks like for us to be able to use any cool real steel stuff you might be screwed. It allows some stuff like pistol grips and stocks and some other stuff but the upper and lowers are designated with no real wiggle room.
On full auto it was splitting bb's in the barrel like the systemas do when you use crap bb's so i think I will have to try to run some more higher quality bb's, and the gun will run 2 1/2 mags for gas on one fill and it seams pretty efficient, it was about 65 give or take degrees out side here in Michigan.
I was surprised actually it was splitting bb's and didn't perform the best on full auto except when i shot it in burst then it seamed to run better but as I said that was probably due to the crappy ass BB's.
It was pretty loud as well even with the TM foam filled suppressor on it so it was pretty fun. I'm sure it will be a attention getter on the field when ever I have time to get out and play.

One thing is VERY disappointing about this gun is the upper is paper thin, its literally like a pop can and because KWA made them smaller than the other M4 GBBR's I will have to wait until they realize how shitty these are and sell a upgrade part. It comes apart in like 3 or 4 pieces.
Getting the barrel nut off I about ripped the rail off the upper receiver and crushed it.
Changed it again... And will be changing it probably again when I get my goodies this next week. I got a ubr magpul stock 9" larue free float peq-16 mbus front and rear sights and a Acog with a kill flash. Then it will change again.
But this is how it sits now.
