So I am thinking about picking up a pair of these in a few weeks. Has anyone heard of any issues with Wiley-X or have any feedback? I bought a pair of cheap goggles and could not stand the fog. I like the look of these and couldn't find anything bad about them online. Thanks www.opticsplanet.com/wiley-x-spear-tactical-goggles.html

Doesn't look like it has many vents to prevent fogging.

I would say save yourself about 50 bucks and buy these instead: www.botachtactical.com/box1tago.htmlI would recommend the Bolle T-800's, but they don't make them anymore. However I've heard several people on here that are very satisfied with these. Otherwise, if you still fog really bad, your only option is going to be to switch to goggles with a fan in them, or install one yourself.

Ya I've been looking for T-800's online all day. I wanted something that goes good under a hat and without a helm. Are the X-1000 pretty close?

ESS NVG profile goggles can be had for cheap and look pretty good with or without a helmet. If you tear off the foam around the edges, it shouldn't fog at all.

I was trying to find something a little more low profile then the NVG. I have a NVG knockoff now and I don't really like how big/square they are.

My X1000s are very low profile and don't fog a whole lot.

Yup, I was about to recommend those. Revision goggles have never fogged on me.

Try using rain-x on your current goggles. They make a product for the inside of your windshield to prevent fogging, try that.

You may want to use caution with things like Rain-X on your goggles. I don't know much about their automobile spray but it might be worth it to see if THEY recommend them for eyewear too, or if the chemicals they use should not be vacuum-sealed to your eye sockets.
I love my Wiley-X glases and goggles, but the Revision Desert Locusts do work very well (as does most of their product line). The Desert Locusts and Sawflys are currently the USGI standard issue.

I would reccomend the Revision Desert Locusts as well. They are low profile, and don't fog too bad. I tend to have bad luck with goggles fogging on me, so I use these wipes from REI, I beleive the brand is FogTech. They are about $12 for a pack of 12, and I have zero issues with fogging when I use them.
