Is there a noticeable color difference between a Propper woodland MARPAT pants and a Tru-Spec digital woodland combat shirt? I ask because I want a MARPAT combat shirt, but don't have an extra $200 to spend on a Propper combat shirt. Plus, I already have a full set of Propper BDU's so I'd rather not buy a new set just for a combat shirt if it's not horrible.

You can tell if you are up close, as the Propper ones are slightly lighter.

Tru-Spec MARPAT looks like shit. It's the reason I haven't bought a woodland MARPAT combat shirt. You'd be better off buying used on ebay if you can track one down.

I see. By looking at a few pictures there doesn't seem to be very much of a difference, but I'm still a little iffy going off of my eyesight. It'd be great if someone could tell me for sure though if they look enough alike to the point that they would still look good together.
EDIT: Posted before I realized Knief posted. I think that may be my best bet if Tru-Spec won't compare to Propper. I'll try to hunt one down and if I can't find one, I suppose I'll have to save up ;D. Thanks for the help everyone.
ALSO: Would the sizes for combat shirts be the same as BDU jackets?

Yes, Combat shirts should generally be the same size as BDU jackets. They torso will typically be longer, as it will tucked in. I'd say that if you straddle area of being too large for a M/R jacket, consider a M/L in a combat shirt (The length tends to vary by brand however, it's probably worth looking in to each brand if this could be an issue for you). Having a short combat shirt sucks ass.
