What the heck is up with the forums???
good lord man. It's like we have one problem after another.
Aaah, what a day. It's like we were cursed right from the start when we lost Havok in the convoy. Luckily Bigmack went and found him. I really thought he'd be lost and would just drive home after a while. Glad you didn't though Havok, was good playing along side you.
Then....Minky. *sigh*
Just when we got everyone back together and were making our way to Viking's place Minky's Honda gets into an accident.
It's so weird too..I was looking back to see if everyone was behind the lead car. I watched everyone pull out of the gas station and saw Minky's care there getting ready to go so I thought all was fine. But after getting to Vikings and seeing no sign of Minky we started to get worried. If only I would have looked back a bit longer I probably would have seen the accident. Or used my superman powers to zoom in and prevent it.
Besides the weapon troubles I'd say it was a really good day skirmish wise. The ambush scenarios we played were great, and having a much larger playing field helped A LOT. Never saw Newman waving at me this time so thats good.
My SD6 was doing great all day, upgrades working nicely and new battery (THANKS GONZO) holding up the entire day. I think Trooper felt the sting of it the most, but ack...never thought I'd actually send some bb's down Bigmacks throat. That HAD to hurt. But still...hehe ..amazing shot.
Viking: What happened to all the "Action Photographer" pictures?
?? Don't tell me you just stood in the field watching us play, you were meant to be taking pictures the whole time. Arrgh! I'll be posting mine later today. They're not really that great, mostly just us standing around. *shrugs*
Newman: Hope you'll get that SD6 of yours fixed. Email me if you need any help. We can try work on it together.
I'll be checking out Ballista's P90 later today. Doubt it's anything too bad there, looks like the trigger is just jammed.
Viking: I still cannot believe you were able to find your lost selector switch out there. Thats crazy!
Glad you all had a great time, even with all the bad things going on. The most kills award goes to ..

Barbed Wire! - which took out just about everyone on top of the hill even though I pointed it out every single time we were up there.
