Cordura fabric. Cordura is just a brand name, its usually a high strength fabric (measure in deniers), 1000D being the most common, many higher quality manufacturers use it to make their vests, from FLYYE, Pantac, and so on and so forth. I know you can buy material made by CRYE, but I don't know where.

I know where to buy 420D, 500D, and 1000D Cordura, but I thought it was a different fabric. I just made a ghillie top and head gear, and I decided I wanted to make my own Tactical vest but I couldnt find "MOLLE Webbing" anywhere. Thanks for the help.

I don't believe the webbing is actually Cordura Da Vinci.Racoon, this should give you enough info as a starting point. I know DIY used to sell webbing, but I'm not real sure if they do now or not. diytactical.com/blog/webbing/a-a-55301-mil-w-43668-webbing-spec/Edit: Looks like some is in fact Cordura, while other types may not be.

Huh. I knew the webbing was different material, but I thought it was still a sort of Cordura

Racoon, the third link from helmet looks to be the best bet for you, otherwise just google the webbing type.
Da Vinci, it looks like we are both right. Some seems to be Cordura, and some seems to be something a bit different. Solution died seems to be cordura, printed patterns seem to be something else. Looking at my webbing, it looks like the Cordura for it is at least a different denier, and I suspect a higher one. A quick search didn't yield anything useful in to the exact specifics however.
