What is the speed limit on ATV's if we decide to bring one? The speed limit is decided by the field owner for ATV, which is 15mph. Common sense is also required when around other players or hidden corners.

This form is available from the Blindfury events page. The other option is to bring your dad along. Tanks Andy

Wondering if you guys limit weapon quantity. For example if I am running a support weapon am I allowed to carry my MP% and a sidearm as well?

we only limit the weapons depending on the role you take. So a sniper can't be support at the same time or a medic can't be support...we are just trying to limit the dual role players...

Please define support. Does a rocket launcher count as a support weapon? In this case, could a sniper also carry a small rocket launcher?

Shadow,
The rocket launcher is usually given to the heavy weapon guy. Any good CO/XO would never concentrate several roles on the same guy...it is just wasting possible assets.
Muffinman, techncially, I dont have deadline for registration BUT I can already tell you one thing,
- After August 1st, players who will register will be placed on the "replacement" listing, which mean the chance of playing with your buddy will be slim. Your CO/XO might have the perfect system to allow them to add/remove squad mates whenever they want/need to but if not, they will simply regroup the last minute guys together. It is just a logistical nightmare to keep organizing so late in the planning.

I do have one question regarding your FPS rules for the event. I run a m4 primary and a KWA mp7 as a secondary. I do have the lower fps bolt assembly for the mp7 so it should lower its FPS to under 350 but I have had off-days where the mp7 still shot in the 380's range. The limit for gbb's in 350 and I wanted to clarify if that included the larger gbb rifles and other gbb weapons of the sort as well.

Kingpayne, I personally have no experience with the KWA MP7 but I would assume your variations are weather dependent. So you would have to look at the forecast for that day and if you are expecting very high temps, you could easily assume your morning reading will drastically change. So that being said, your morning reading would dictate whether you could use the gun in the afternoon or not. We (the staff) will particularly focus on Gas guns and easy-to-swap-spring guns throughout the day.

Ok, thanks for the clarification blade. And guns like the mp7 definately are something to check throughout the day because it literally takes two seconds and no tools for me to change my low power bolt so hopefully eveyone is honest for this game and puts safety before getting a little extra FPS from their gun.

I thought I read something before saying you had to wear long sleeves. Is that true, because I'm thinking about going contractor with a t-shirt if I can.

Gentlemen, We now have less than 3 weeks before Operation Blind Fury 9. The Chain of Command is planning on full throttle on both team and things are taking shape nicely. We just reached the 430 players roster and more players are joining every day. Blind Fury 9 Players are about to get spoiled! In past years AirsoftSMITH has been very supportive to pay back to the Central Ohio airsoft community by being a platinum sponsor at Blind Fury events and giving out some great products. This year AirsoftSMITH has teamed up with KWA to bring you more and double their raffle contribution! Most of that will be KWA products and even some of their brand new products like an LM4 PTR, CQB 2GX, KP45 special edition TAN, 6 packs 120rd M4 Mids, and even the veteran M16 Battle Rifle and more. Zshot/Pantac and CrazyCromag are once again sponsoring the event by donating some great prizes. Redwolf is back on board with prizes such as an LMG, M4 Seal, M3 Grease gun and more. Joining us this year is Gryphon6, a new Ohio company specializing into holsters. OSU airsoft is also contributing to the event by providing maps to all the players. Along with these major sponsors, we are also getting support from Combatdepot, AirsoftPark, ButlerPatch, Schilling Productions and Warcat Productions. You can get all the links to our sponsors right here; www.airsoftevents.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1240Operation Blind Fury 9 is presented by www.airsoftsmith.com/www.kwausa.com/www.crazycromags.com/On the operational standpoint, things are moving fast. Both Commanders and Executive Officers are working hard on the planning and organization. With so little time before the event, every days are starting to count and every players not fully registered or without forum accesses are slowing down the whole process.
