Well thanks for the advice. I guess my next few airsoft buys will be magazines mostly. As for being a sniper, I think that you don't need too much ammo anyway, and it's good to be quiet.

I have one of those bottles of water but where the water goes is actually a soft plastic bag, has a mouth hole and stuff for drinking but works perfect for pouring bb's into speedloaders/high caps. You can use the drinking thing to suck the air out so they don't rattle. Hold like 2000 bb's.

Take the bag it came in and drain the air out of it. Shoving it into a pouch that will compress it works great as well (Example: 4,000 round bb bag in an M4 Pouch).
Also, sometimes loose ammo is needed for the long days/firefights. If you have a team that can actually hold their own but when lacking numbers needs to compensate with firepower, you sometimes have to throw extra plastic downrange to make up for those points when crossing danger areas/trying to suppress OpFor two or three times larger than your unit. Although most fields don't allow it in Michigan, which is sort of a downfall to the schemes of running as a small element.
