As a player in Northwestern Michigan I've had a very difficult time finding people who play airsoft; the few I have found come on here and post in this recruitment thread and then are never heard from again. In response several of us have gotten together and created MichNAA: Michigan's Northwestern Airsoft Association. we are not a team; just another forum site, like MIA and the ex-WMA, but were focused on helping players and teams in northwestern Michigan meet up and play. So if your looking for a team then post about it, if you know people who want to play then please tell them about us, if you want to start a team then post about, if you have a team then please post about it. We want airsoft to grow and we know you do too. If your in Antrim, Benzie, Charlevoix, Clare, Crawford, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, Lake, Leelanau, Manistee, Mason, Missaukee, Osceola, Otsego, Roscommon, and/or Wexford county then we'd love if you stopped by and helped us grow airsoft in our region. Not in our region? We'd still love if you dropped by. One of the goals of MichNAA is to create a complete map of the Michigan airsofting community, including teams and groups like these; to do this we need help from the entire Michigan airsoft community. So please stop by and share your expertise. Mods: if were breaking any rules then were sorry, but we couldn't find anything specifically about this sort of thing.
Update: May7, 2012 ->Were now on Facebook www.facebook.com/pages/MichNAA/386779631361002->Members now include Talisman representing team Asshats, and Flipper representing team T.O.A.S.T.->Small map update to v0.2 Come help us expand and maybe find someone to play with in the process!

I guess it's past due for a good ole bump. Also still holding my breath for a Houghton Lake airsoft store; as a reminder the owner of TC Paintball of Chum's Corners is also interested in carrying more airsoft stuff if some local teams actually start popping-up in north-west Michigan area.

I joined a few months ago.
I urge everyone on MichNAA to check out Operation Jackal II in the W. Branch area on September 15th and 16th.
FYI, TC Paintball (North) is stocking a variety of low-middle level guns including G&G Combat Machines.

Thanks Gimpalong. I posted a few new events on MichNAA a week ago, Operation Jackal II is one of them despite team Doom's inability to make it. I haven't updated the photo/list of TCP's airsoft inventory since the beginning of summer, I did notice they have michnaa fliers all over their stock now ^_^.

Hmm, Just joined. I don't spend much time in this part of the forum much so I didn't realize there was a Michigan Northwestern Airsoft Association. I'm looking forward to being an active member of the community.
