We had a great time. We played some really nice scenarios that required a lot of movement to get to objectives. Thanks to Canto for hosting it and coming up with ideas to tire us all out.
Best moment of the day for me had to be hearing over the radio that the role-playing Russian scientist had wrestled someones gun away from them and ended up killing three guys with it.
For anyone that lives within an hour of Bangor I really recommend coming out for one of the rec games. The next one looks to be on 4-22.

I was so disappointed to have to leave early for work! I had a great time playing with everyone there--sorry I didn't get any names, but thanks for coming out and I hope to play again soon. Everyone was giving their best. We got in about half as many rounds as a normal rec game, but each round was pretty intense and went for like 30 minutes. The teams were decently balanced, and green team had more range than I expected with their replicas. I heard of reports from both sides about sportsmanship, but I think we all had a lot of fun anyway. I hope the green team learned not to pack their whole squad behind one building...especially with the medic up front. You guys came back pretty quick though, with the help of the Russian scientist.

Sorry it took me so long to write an after action report on this event. This is probably one of my favorite recreational games yet. Despite the fact we got a little over half of the rounds we normally get in, each one lasted over 30 minutes and were intense. Thanks to Swampman for bringing so many people out, you guys made the game.
