Definitely, there's not need to have a foot of support for tactical engagements. What one did you order?

I ordered an NC Star one off of Airsoft Atlanta. Not the best quality out there but I ran a UTG harris a few months back and it held up just fine.
Believe it only costs $28.99.

Those have been the ones I've been looking into as well, in the past I've known them to hold up just fine, I'll probably pick one up before Fueling The Fire.

Sounds good man, what rifle are you running? An APS2?

Yeah, APS 2 with Laylax internals. Like you I also want to do some exterior work to it, once funds become available.

Feel free to post some pics up. Love seeing what everyone else does with their rifles.

This is how it sits as of now, I don't have it in my possession at the moment, as it's in California with Mosin until he ships it out to me, but I won't really be making any changes in the near future, sans a Harris, and maybe an M1 Replica scope.

Soon as I saw that rifle, I was like, damn that looks like Mosin's haha. A harris and m1 would definitely finish her off. I love the laylax aftermarket trigger unit on those rifles. Also, what kind of hop up does he have in there? The AERO?

Yup, I picked it up off Mosin, and am just waiting on it now. The Laylax triggers are amazing, that's what I had in my VSR, and they were a dream.
Currently it has the PDI hop, but I also have the Aero should I choose to switch them out.

Stupid question Fuzz,
Is that a PVC Sleeve?

Personally, I liked the old wrap better, but this one should look good once broken in.

Indeed, PVC modded pipe.
And the pipe allows for zero interference with jute poking up and interfering with scope. Also will serve as a quick detach and reattachment system.
It is brand spanking new, so needs some time to wear in.
Stay tuned!
