Alright so this is the first official game hosted by the OCAA for the Airsoft season. Admission is free but they're will be waivers to sign and full seal ANSI rated safety goggles are required. This game will consist of both scenario type games and Rec games so anything ranging from an objective based battle to your standard team death match. We are using a 20 acre lot of property for this game unless we get the paint-ball field we are working on up and running by then. The 20 acer field is a diverse woodland area with dips and valleys, trails, scattered bunkers and hunting blinds here and there. We own this property, we're not playing on public land. There will be bathrooms and power outlets on site for taking care of "business" and recharging batteries. We have Liability insurance, we want waivers signed to have some kind of documentation of this event thought. We have enough parking to accommodate 10 - 20 cars depending on the weather. We have several ways to fill up canteens and water bottles, main one being a well right in the staging area. There is a hospital near by in west branch but we will have them on speed dial in case of an emergency. The paint ball field is smaller but has a lot more bunkers, since this is a REC game if we can get it that day, we will. Standard MiA rules apply miairsoft.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=r-n-rThe Game will run from 12pm until 7pm so plan accordingly. We will have a break at 4:00pm until 4:30pm The current address of this event is 2216 Stony Ridge Road, West Branch, MI Things to bring: Airsoft Gun (AEG or high powered sniper or spring sniper rifle preferred. We want to keep teems balanced. ANSI rated safety goggles or face-mask (don't have them you don't play) Your own Ammo. Camo. A Red death rag. Any other items you think you may need like extra clothes, gear, etc. If there is any questions about this even please contact me, or Garmad, also check out the OCAA's official website theocaa.spruz.com/ This is still in the planning stages so the location and type of games we will play are subject to change.

I'm not entirely sure you know what "milsim" means. You don't play milsim games mixed in with rec games at a single day event. Part of what makes a milsim game a milsim game is that it's a minimum of a full day's immersion into a single game. It requires continuous play over a long period of time to achieve anything resembling "simulation." If you're just running objectives that you think are simulation-y for 30 minute games, you're not running a milsim game. You're running a rec games with better objectives than capture the flag.

Admission is free but they're will be waivers to sign and full seal ANSI rated safety goggles are required. - Waivers are only as good as the insurance that is behind it. An 8.5 by 11 inch piece of paper with writing on it won't save you or the landowner when someone loses an eye... We are using a 20 acre lot of property for this game unless we get the paint-ball field we are working on up and running by then. - Liability insurance? Who owns this land? Is it public, private? - Eh? - Is there a place I can charge my batteries? - Can I fill my canteen or hydration pack there? - I have a female team member, is there a restroom on site? - Are hot or cold smoke grenades allowed? - It's April in Michigan, is there shelter other than the trees around? - Where do I park at? - I may go out to lunch with my team, how far is the nearest restaurant? - If I get injured, is a hospital nearby? - Is there anything else around this place? This event will not be moved from event planning until at the bare minimum posting requirements are met. I also cannot in good conscience condone attending this event until questions regarding land ownership and liability have been answered.

You're just banging your head into this same wall over and over. You haven't answered maybe the most important question that Canto brought up, which is ownership of the field. All games posted on MiA must be held either on privately owned land with the express written permission from the land owner (if the owner is not the host. If the host owns the land, then duh) or a designated airsoft/paintball business location (like Hole in the Wall in Bangor).
Furthermore, you're still making numerous spelling and grammatical errors (acomidate? Really?) throughout your post and still claiming "milsim" in a game that clearly isn't. On top of that, your post has almost no format, making it very difficult for a potential player to pick out any useful information.
You need to take your time and put together a comprehensive, well thought out, well written and effective event post. This is none of those things. If you're smart, you'll know where to find about 1,261 examples of such posts.

Sorry about the miss-spellings and grammatical errors, I attempted to update the information but I was rushing (had midterm exams today) I will get to fixing all the errors and correctly updating the information as soon as I can.
I did cover that.

We're going to need proof of ownership. A scan of a title, tax record, utility bill or what have you. You can send it to me personally rather than post it publicly. We've had problems in the past from members hosting games at sites they promised were legal but weren't.

I'll send you a scan of our electric bill as soon as we find it, if that will suffice.

I know it seems like we are dogging you about small and trifling issues; such as land ownership, liability, grammatical errors, formatting, etc. But honestly, I don't think you guys are anywhere near ready to host a game of any type. Alright so this is the first official game hosted by the OCAA for the Airsoft season. Admission is free but they're will be waivers to sign and full seal ANSI rated safety goggles are required. Then try again. I have met you guys. I have played with you guys. You guys are not anywhere near ready to host a public game. Playing with your friends a bunch and then attending a single recreational game does not mean you have gathered enough experience to do so. I agree with Knief, I would like to see proof of ownership. My question regarding liability was also not answered. The summer airsoft season will be starting up soon. Take some time, come up with a detailed and informative plan for your recreational game. Then take a day and attend a Scenario or Milsim game. Trust me, it will be very different than what you have in mind.
