Any event with which Vernon Goss is involved in hosting or planning will be locked and deleted on sight. He is no longer welcome to use MiA as a means of advertising...anything really. He lost that privilege when he scammed the community and the US servicemen who need our help the most. To those who do host events and seek help, I would implore you to look for it elsewhere. If you link up with Vernon Goss, you will both lose this promotion space and any player who has been here long enough to remember how hard he fucked us. I'm not trying to stir up anything from the past, but I believe this is still pertinent, if what Puggy said is in fact the case. What did I miss. Zdybel I put with Team Mayhem |

Vernon "OpDoc" Goss will not be involved in this event in anyway. At first he had offered his assistance with the event and I gladly accepted due to how busy I am with life in general.
However, after reasons already known (that I wasn't completely aware of at the time) we have both agreed that it would be best if he was not involved.
See everyone on the 28th.

Hello to all, I am the Owner of Splatmandu and would like to extend a Grand hello to you all. I have heard nothing from any of the event organizers so I have know idea what is going on? Not good. If anyone can fill me in...anyone with in the staff...please do so. The other forum seems to be gone... Kinda need to know. According to the Airsoft of Michigan forums, Vernon was going to assist Tino in the hosting of this event. Then as of March 11th, Vernon withdrew his assistance from Fueling the Fire II due to "After this post here I will be with drawing my asst from the event after reading post on another forum. Tino - As an Michigan Airsoft moderator, the fact that the field owner has not been notified of your event and there is little information coming your organization at present is concerning. Seems like a pretty interesting event. Put me down as a maybe, it depends if im working or not. I can't wait to test my new gear in a decent sized game instead of the 20 and 30 player private rec games I've been hosting up here in Ogemaw.
Also just noticed Canto's sig.
I feel honored that Canto put that as his signature, but the Cybergun may be making a return to the field!, as rental once the Hop-up and Nozzle are replaced.

Hello once more. Contact has been made, I understand some of the confussion, and I am up to speed now. I want all to know that Airsoft is welcome ANYTIME at Splatmandu. I know first hand the amount of work involved in setting something like this up and tip my hat to those that do it. I want this to be another great game, and anything I or the club can do to make it so. I am looking forward to meeting you all. Just so everyone knows, the field gets nothing from this event, we are a Non-profit corporation Last year donations to the shelter were made by the organizers for the domestic shelter here in Three Rivers. We have raised, with yours and many others help, over $40,000 so far. Remember to bring your can good, every bit helps. Thanks once more to Josh, and all those that will help make this event one for the record books! See you all soon.
