Yeah, your foregrip should have some holes running along the top and bottom. That just screws right into those holes.

What? Both top and bottom handguards come off. Pull back on the delta ring and pull them off.

Not sure if the G&G's do this or not, but some of them have a fake heat shield inside the hand guards that you'll have to remove first.
As far as removing the hand guards themselves, should be as simple as pulling back on the delta ring and pulling the top and bottom halves out and away from the gun.

I tried that but I couldn't get it to come off I pulled as hard as I could. Ill check for the heat shield later.

Pull back on the delta ring harder. My G&G's is pretty stiff, and it takes some effort. But I assure you, they do come off.

They definitely come off. I have the same gun and same rail kit. Knief is right, G&G has some really tough delta rings.

Alright i'll try it again I felt like it was too hard to get off so I thought that meant it wasn't supposed to come off.

If you ever get a real steel AR, you'll think airsoft delta rings are filled with jelly by comparison. I about went berserk trying to put a Knight's Armament rail set on my real AR.

Any tips to get it off. Just nowhere to really grip?

Put the stock against the floor and point the gun at the ceiling. Pish straight down on the delta ring. If that doesn't work, eat some wheaties, pump some iron, and man the fuck up. Or just ask your sister to take care of it for you.
