What is the best way to load a Green Gas cartridge, specifically in a KJW M1911 single stack magazine so as to achieve the maximum number of shots? I'm constantly reading reviews for GBBs and many say that "it's a gas hog, can only get about 10 rounds out," etc. Whereas others with the same gun (and presumably same magazine) are saying how they went through 20 or almost the whole clip or even more. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If you could post a link of which m1911 it is(I know its KJW) because there are 2 one that can run off of CO2 and green gas and a green gas only one. The one that runs off of CO2 is really a gas hog and you'll only get a few shots off on green gas.

There isn't really a trick to it. Playing in colder temperatures always hurts gas efficiency, but if you're using it in warmer than 60 degrees, you shouldn't see too much of a drop off. You just have to play with your fill angle and timing a bit to get it right. That's really the biggest thing. Different mags always require a little different touch to fill properly. So don't be afraid to waggle the bottle a bit to find the right seal and make sure you push hard enough to open both the fill valve and the valve on the propane can.

Yea that is the one that eats up gas. Also I believe (someone correct me if I'm wrong) all 1911 models hold a very small amount of gas compared to other pistols.

Do you know which pistol is the GG only? I'd like to get more than a couple rounds off before having to switch mags.
