Anyone know where my brother can find replacement parts maybe even different brand compatible, preferably for a nozzle?

Long m6 or short m6? The short one can not be taken apart as far as I know.

While I have never used or worked on a SA M6 I would think the short and long versions are the same minus the barrels. I highly doubt they would spend the time to redesign a $60 rifle to have different internals. I could be wrong, but that seems unlikely.
I surfed around it looks as if the Swiss Arms M6 is a re brand of the UTG M324 and Double Eagle M50. I read there are no upgrades for it, and that upgrades are on the way. I was going to try and look for you but every thread I came across was full of 15 year old kids fighting with each other and I couldn't stand it. Echo 1 might make something for it so try searching their site.
If you want a stock replacement try contacting Leapers as UTG is one of their trademarks. Leapers is located in Livonia, MI and they are a pretty customer friendly company. Your rifle was probably made in China so they may not be able to supply you with a replacement. If they can't, I doubt anyone can.
Leapers 32700 Capitol Street Livonia, MI 48150, U.S.A. Tel:(734)542-1500 Fax:(734)542-7095 Email:office@leapers.com
Hope that helps.

So TheEnd lemme get this straight. UTG = Swiss Arms = Double Eagle = possibly JG/Echo?
So finding upgrades would be the same then correct?
I appreciate the help guys I will definitely forward what was found to my brother.

In this instance yes, UTG = Swiss Arms = Double Eagle. However that is not always the case. For example UTG and Double Eagle both make tri shots, but (as far as I know) Swiss Arms does not. In the future do not assume they are always the same. It is important to research whatever you are buying to determine the OEM.
For example Echo 1 has re branded both CYMA and Kart M14's. When someone has trouble with their "Echo 1 M14" we must first determine if it is actually a CYMA or Kart. It's how the airsoft world works, and it can be a headache.
EDIT: I forgot to mention why I referenced Echo 1. They are a company that re brands other companies products. It is possible they re branded the M324/M6/M50 as something else and they sell an "upgrade" kit. While I wouldn't recommend throwing a 550fps spring in a stock cheap rifle, it may have the part you are looking for.

I realize Echo re brands I am merely trying to figure what companies my brother should look at for his rifle.
He is having some trouble with the bolt action snapping back instead of one actually requiring to pull it back themselves? Any ideas?

He is having some trouble with the bolt action snapping back instead of one actually requiring to pull it back themselves? Any ideas? Are you referring to when you pull the bolt back, and upon release, the bolt snaps back into the receiver? If so, this is a common problem with spring rifles, and is known as slam firing. The sears or piston, or a combination of both may have worn down.

When you load a BB into the chamber through cocking the bolt back, occasionally it will snap all the way back suddenly.
It probably is just a wear problem, I know my old springers would have problems like this.

That is indeed slam firing. Check the sears and piston to see which of the two are causing the issues.

Fuzzy, the way I am reading it is the exact opposite of slam firing, where the bolt handle is actually flying backwards on him. I am still trying to think of a malfunction that would make this possible.

O wait, when you said as you cock the rifle back, it flys back suddenly as in away from the receiver?
I took it as it flew back in TOWARDS the receiver.
If that is the case, my bad bro. I interpreted what you had posted as the bolt going in the opposite direction of what you had in mind.
