Barrel condoms are REQUIRED in the safe zone. These are available at most sporting goods stores.

NO HOME-MADE BARREL CONDOMS.

I will also have a +1. But he has an M249 with a Barret style flash hider, so regular barrel condoms won't fit. Would he not be allowed to use it?

Your friend can create one for that gun since a regular barrel condom won't work. Just be sure that it can withstand a full auto burst without letting any bb's go through.
