I have to be honest, this thread is a little worrying. Hit calling issues and dicking around in the safe zone are problems that can become cultural at a field, and that's not something we want to be a recurring issue at such a quality location. But more importantly, games played "to the pain" are unsafe and irresponsible. That's a great way to cause some real damage with our replicas, which aren't exactly inherently safe. It also leads to some absolutely stupid behavior to try to get your targets to call out, which leads us to the more worrying comment in this whole thread:
I know how hard your rifle hits, and taking head shots with it is flat out stupid. It's disrespectful to your opponents, and puts them in danger. The goal of airsoft should never be to cause your opponents pain. That's not why we play, and that shit is not acceptable on the field. If I hear about you doing anything like that this weekend, you'll be out of there immediately.
Safety isn't something you compromise for fun. Ever.

Your completely right, and please excuse my ignorance.
I will say that where I was shooting from was nowhere close. People were at the top of the hill and I was at the bottom. I was basically throwing rounds at them and half of them were floaters to the head and neck area. I wasnt trying to hurt people. My VSR shoots between 400-425fps with .2's so its not extremely high powered.
Needless to say, it was careless, unsafe, and irresponsible.
Anyways, It won't happen again.

Kneif, I think the phrase "pain game" was a terrible way to put it. In retrospect, it was exactly a fast paced unlimited respawn game. Additionally, the participants of such game volunteered under their own accord after the day was done and the other players left. I'm not defending our stupidity, but needless to say, it was much more controlled than we had said it was. But, that does not excuse our ignorance and stupidity. We apologize for anything may have done wrong or hindered MiA's rules and regulations, but keep in mind the day didn't have a great turnout and we were all bored after the day was over... It will NOT happen at the organized scenario this coming sunday, nor will there be any mention of it. As for everything else, we appreciate your concern and we will do every thing in our power to make the enviroment more fun, safe, and organized for everyone else. The new staging area is still under construction and there will be an organized assembly area set up with tables and benches by hopefully, this Sunday. I will volunteer ref for several games just to be sure that we can keep the environment controlled. Plus pictures. I hope any concerns or complaints be said now, so we know what to fix and how to deal with it.
