So I had a wonderful time and so did the rest of the Egg Heads. Yeah the green team railroaded us. Yeah the majority of the first half was primarily all defense. BUT it was still a great time and this was my 5th Flash fire event in a row. The tactical highlight for me that day was in the first half and I was stuck in the mud and all I hear is, "Hey, you green?" "Uhm, yeah!" Short story even shorter I took out about 7 guys up on that ridge. 2 because I aimed at them, 4 because the BBs arched over the ridge and get the rest of them. And as always it was great to see my good friends Canto, Jager, Dingo and Mini.

I've had a great time at every Canto/Armoury Airsoft game I've attended and OP: Firestorm was no exception. Good objectives and good firefights.
Dingo and the rest of Team Palisade, had a great time rollin with y'all.
Green Team, great communication and team work. I had a great time fighting alongside you guys in the first half, and a helluva time fighting against you guys after lunch.
Tan Team, I think the reason you (we) lost was just lack of good communication.
I had a fun time and can't wait for the next time!

Good say of airsoft. I played on green before lunch, and tan after.
Green- Good stuff in the am. Solid work.
Tan- Like has been said, communication was the problem. On green we had radio communication between groups of players all over the field, making it easy to coordinate. On tan it wasn't the same. However, Multicam boys on tan after lunch, good work in village A.

I would like to thank everyone who attended Operation: Firestorm. This is our sixth annual October event and I hope to see everyone again next October! As was stated previously, the People's Liberation Army (Green Team) won the event by three objectives. Tan team caught up quickly during the second half of the event; thanks to Multicam. As soon as I hear from GlassArchitect on the pictures, I will make sure they are posted up. Kaboose, Dingo, MiniMedic, Mobbro, Marshy, GD,etc - Always good to see you guys. A special thanks to all my teammates and friends who helped with this event.

Thanks to everyone for making this such a great game to play, and to mod. It was really good to see everyone again, especially Friday and Saturday night. Tan Team: Great job staving off Green team the first half! I know they were creepin' on your spawn for a while on the south ridge, but you were pretty outnumbered. You really made a comeback in the second half, though, and it was a really close game. Green Team: Congrats on your win! You guys really crammed some missions into the last minutes of the game, good job getting those points. And congrats on your capture of me as your last objective in the game, too bad there wasn't time for your intel prize. ( ) As a player, I had a great time, and was happy that all my new gear worked out great. I was really unhappy that the bridge by the peninsula was down, that caused a brief headache. As a mod, I didn't see very much cheating, but then I stayed around the area of the main village until I was captured. The one incident I did see was quickly taken care of by other players, so I didn't need to step in. Great game guys! Can't wait to see you and play with you again!

His boots got wet, so he put them "near" the fire to dry them out... by near the fire I mean on top of the hot coals. Now he has melted boots!

No, it was hilarious. Sad that a good pair of boots got wasted though. I hope they weren't too expensive! What did everyone think of choosing objectives in the second half?
