I made two recent orders to LBT in late Sept/Early Oct. First was to purchase one the their shingles to fit into a 6094B cummberbund. Their only shipping methods listed are UPS and FedEx, but I prefer USPS. I requested USPS on the order comments bit, and upon processing my order I received an email letting me know that they had changed shipping methods for me, as well as the tracking number. Everything arrived perfectly a couple of days later.
Last week I purchased a 6094B second hand. When it arrived, I learned it was way to large for me. I contacted Kevin who handled my first order, and asked if a custom inner strap could be made for myself. Later that day he replied asking me exactly what I needed and at what measurements. The day after I emailed him the specs for what I needed he let me know that the strap was being made and would be mailed out when they were finished. They did not charge me for the strap, only for shipping to myself which was once again shipped via USPS without me having to ask. I was told it was being made on 9/28 and it arrived 10/3 or 10/4.
I've also emailed him a few questions since then about their products and always received a quick response.
I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them in the future and will be placing another order later this month. Great customer service from LBT.
