If you just want a one-point, one is just about as good as another. The one you linked to costs more than it needs to be because it can also work as a two-point sling. It also irritates me that they call it "Irene". You can get a Giles single-point from The Wilderness for $25, and that's the real thing, not some airsoft-oriented product. You don't need a GMRS license if you never use those frequencies. For all practical purposes, you don't need one even if you do use them. The FCC makes no effort to enforce GMRS licensing.

The metal clamp clips fit on all the G36 sling mounts, straps can be tied around the stock if there are no clamps to use the sling mounts. Through personal experience I can say literally any sling will work with the G36 series. I use a sling similar to this currently. You can usually find them around $15.00. www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=28_95_179&products_id=1296
