Friday night, I purchased a double eagle ump to play with. As the night went on, I realized that there were multiple problems with the rifle and that they could easily be fixed. I found an appropriate size m4 barrel to replace the inner barrel. Then, I used my madbull silencer and modified it to work on the end of the outer barrel. Old barrel next to the new one. I then went to work on the hop up, I found out that the reason I was getting no hop up on the bb was that there was no hop up nub. I then realized the clip that holds in the barrel had broken, so I needed to tape the hop up. Lastly for the night, I stripped the rails off of the outside of the body, and I prepared it for paint.. Here is a finished picture before I send it to the paint. Here is the end of the silencer, where I stabilized the barrel against the silencer Here is the finished project. Before painting Final picture. Here is a sexy angle.

I've never been a huge fan of the UMP. Thought the gun in general looked kind of dumb honestly. But I thinks yours looks pretty good. I don't know what it is, but I like this one.

Looking good Gorem. If you don't mind me asking how much did you pay for it? Reason I ask is because it looks like you just took a POS and turned it into something nice. The paint job really gives it a clean look.
How is she shooting now that you fixed the hop up, along with a new barrel?
