I am thinking about getting a KWC 1911-A1 Heavyweight GBB. My WA PK MKII dreams have been postponed due to my need for airsoft immediately and the low price. I can pick this gun up for $70. However, I have heard some bad things about KWC guns, but most of them seem to be from people who bought the lightweight version or never owned one at all and just assumed they were bad. I would like to hear some firsthand reports about the KWC 1911 series. Thanks.

The Airsoft gods have answered, their response is, "Do not purchase a gun quickly because of your immediate Airsoft needs. You will get screwed in the end." There endeth the speech.

Well, as far as KWC goes, their Desert Eagle and Berretta are known as two good airsoft guns. But I never hear anything good about the rest of their handguns. They have top-notch gas rifles though... but that’s a different subject. If I were you I would save up, if you want a pretty cheap gun but at the same time want a decent gun I would save up for the KWC Heavy weight Berretta GBB, I have never heard anything bad about it from a respectable airsofter. If you need a airsoft gun immediately because of the event on the 28th don’t worry, I will let you use my KWC DE GBB for free, all those packages I posted are nothing, I wont really charge anyone to use my guns. Though if the DE breaks I will need money to repair whatever part is broken. But it wont, so if you still need a gun come the 28th don’t worry I will hook you up, or someone else will. If you want to save you pennies a little and want a fairly cheap gun that is awesome, get the tac master. It’s a fairly cheap gun; you can get it for around 120-160 depending who you buy from. www.AirsoftToys.com sales it for 120, while places like www.AirsoftDepot.net sells it for 160. Should be no question where to buy. I would still pay 160 for the gun, that’s how nice it is.

Doh, I didn't even know KWC made a 1911 GBB. Where can I see pics of it?

No wait, never mind. It's actually $112. Does anyone else sell KWC 1911's other than Shorty USA? I hear they stamp safety markings on the gun, which is disgusting.

I have decided that my first airsoft gun will be a KWC Desert Eagle. Thanks all for the help, now I just need some more money.

Wow, that's mighty cheap. Is there anything wrong with them? How can they be so cheap?

I doubt theres anything wrong with the DE's they're selling, Eric of Airsoft Atlanta always has some good deals going on. Viking has the same exact gun, so if you have any questions about it you know who to ask.

Ask Viking for knowledge about the Desert Eagle, and ask me for knowledge about Airsoft Atlanta. Trust me, I've had enough problems....cough....argh....first gun broke on the first day....they ran out of the A5's....battery is broken now....

I ordered my Glock 18 from Airsoft Atlanta and never had any trouble. Eric is a neato guy, and he replies to emails almost instantly..tis creepy.

I like KWC gas rifles, cause I got one. It is very nice, I don't know about their hadn guns though. The rifle is very solid, so maybe their guns are to.

KWC is the cady' of taiwanese guns. The 1911 you are talking about is the super joule, right?? I heard a lot of good reports on this gun, but the only place I could find them was at shorties, as for the reports, do a forum searchat airsoftplayers or airsoftzone.

I own a silver KWC M92 GBB, and it has had at least 3,000 rounds thru it already, with no problems at all. I run it on green gas and give it a proper cleaning every 250 rounds or so, and so far nothing has gone wrong.
retraw, I'm telling you, look to ebay for cheap airsoft! That's where the majority of my guns and gear came from, and I've seen those new KWC 1911s go for around $80 lately. Worth a glance at least if you're in the market for one.
