If one of your fathers wants to come and see it through, then there absolutely won't be any problem with the police.  I can see why they wouldn't want you guys to go, but if a parent is present, then it won't matter if you are under age or not.  We already have permission to be at that spot, and we are going to notify the police that we will be at the spot on the 3rd so there shouldn't be any problems at all.

If Sickpointe's Dad were to call police in any other city, that would probably be their answer, I am not sure on what he may have asked them, but like Keller said, he might not have asked them in a very informing or flexible manner.  We inform the police of all that is going to happen, we get permission to use the strip of land, and then we just tell them when we will be there shortly ahead of the game's time, so there aren't any misconceptions if a policeman rolls around.  I don't know what else we can do to make anyone's parents happy, but if we can do anything to reasure them it will be safe then please inform us of what we can do.  We would like everyone to be able to go to this function and have a good time.

well............i cant go now............my grandmother was reading over my shoulder again.....she saw all that stuff sicks dad said..............and wouldnt listen to what was said about how the cops let you guys play.................now she wont let me go no matter what............ i really wanted to go, too

Yeesh, I don't know what to say.  what is the reason that they won't let you go? Is it because of that policeman arresting comment which has no correlation to our event?  I just don't get it .  

This is the reason that airsoft needs to become popular and why many people need to attend our events.  Our events aren't only to have fun, but to also inform people about airsoft, and to change anyone's misconceptions about the game.

It's too bad you guys can't make it to the event, was looking forward to meeting all of you. Aah well, there's still a few days left before the actual game, things can always change.

Speaking of which, we unfortantly had do our first banning at Airsoft Ohio events recently. One of our members decided to steal a Glock 26 from one of our other members.

Hado, and anyone else who wants a better map of where we are going to meet, you can go to www.mapquest.com , and for the intersection type 12 mile rd., Orchard Lake Rd. and for the area code, type 48334, and It is in Farmington, MI.

Edit, Edit:  I also believe that Wendy's is just East of Orchard lake rd., on 12 mile, and is less than a mile from the Orchard Lake exit.

well my friends, it looks as if my friend and i will not be joining you unfortunately. well next time. and i finnally relized that for airsoft, you must look for good deals. my galil sucks ass. I am thinking about getting a aeg m4a1 with red dot and upgrades. but anyway, gotta go.
