Post your thoughts. As soon as I can get the rest of my body to stop hurting I will post more.

Very Humid.
None the less, one of the better events I've been to at No Limits. The island games were awesome.

I had a good time for the most part. The teams could have been more even though. The green team was larger, but had lots of less experienced players, such as myself. The tan team, on the other hand, was smaller, but had more experienced players, Ex: the Hellfish. Those are my only complaints besides the weather, which became a little hot for me. I would definitely come again.

Very hot, decided to ditch the BDU top. Decent overall, except the excessive amount of cheating I was seeing from the green team, I was really surprised that the refs didn't catch the garbage that was going on. No offense hellfish.

Now, I wasn't there but did you bring it up to a ref/mod? It's something that we for sure like to try and cut out of games but basically if we don't hear about it happening (or somehow see it) then we can't really police that. Sorry to hear you had problems with it though.

Yes I brought it up with Ghast and another hellfish, but, they were playing in the game while it was happening. Now the only reason this burns me up, because, the rules were specifically stated at the beginning that you could not shoot through the cracks in the castle. Yet I got at least two of my team mates and sharky (I believe) that got shot through the wall by the green team.

I enjoyed the game a ton and cannot wait until the next one. Great job again Hellfish.
KeineZeit, although I didn't see all this cheating you mention, it's as simple as yelling don't shoot through the cracks after getting shot and not going out. I know Robby got hit a ton through them while playing castle and thats exactly what he was doing.
P.S. Anyone have a copy of the group photo? I'd love to have one.

The thing is that, I raised hell yelling at them and then they continued to do it.

I only saw two times of cheating, when Robby was in the tower and he was getting nailed through the cracks and when I shot this kid in the mask and it made a LOUD snap, he wasn't gonna call it but a ref saw it (and heard it) and called him out.

We enjoyed catching up with everyone today.
While I agree that the teams were lopsided from an experience standpoint, I suspect this occurs in real firefights from time-to-time. It also seemed like the Hellfish reallocated people as best they could.
All in, the games were fun and well-run.
We're exhausted, and can't wait for the next one!

Getting nailed through the cracks is cheating? When Knief clearly stated that shooting through cracks won't be called (Treat the cracks like they aren't there) If I remember right.
Also what rubbed me the wrong way was the shit attitude of the staff (Action Paintball) towards Airsofters. That and "Hang on a second, I have to ring that up seperately, this goes into my pocket."
Otherwise it was good times for the most part.

P.S. does anyone have a copy of the group picture?

Well ya I guess it's not considered cheeting but more of a nusence. And I thought they liked us, they seemed like it to me.

As always, lots of fun to be had at No Limits. Thank you Hellfish!
Now the only complaint. I have never seen so many people remove their goggles/masks at a game before. I personally had to tell people to put them back on three separate occasions. I understand it was humid and fogging was an issue for some. However the Hellfish made it very clear what to do in that situation.
Honestly, I really don't care if you get hit in the eye and go blind. If you are careless enough to do that, you take your chances. However why it really bothers me is you are jeopardizing everyones ability to play there. Obviously with their new insurance policy things are a bit more strict than before. If you get hit in the eye that will likely be the end of airsoft for us on that field....that would piss me off. The refs dealt with it very well though. End of rant.
