Will there be any retailers on hand willing to rent out guns at the game? I've got a friend or two willing, but they're lacking in outdoor ready guns. The rest of the equipment won't be a problem.

Retailers pretty much never come out to these. What sort of guns do they own? You seem pretty hung up on "outdoor guns." honestly, anything good enough to compete in CQB can compete outdoors as well. Bring your friends with whatever guns they have and let them decide if they've had a good time or not.
