Greetings! Please help me find a cheap night vision monocular for "PVS-7/14 HELMET RHINO MOUNT. What types of mounting are suitable?

Define what you consider cheap. There is a guy on eBay that sells Generation 2+ night vision that look like real PVS-14's for about $1000, which is roughly 1/3 of what the real ones cost.

A few hundred dollars will get you a very low-end Generation 1 optic. It is no different than the "night mode" on a commercial video camera. Not hardly enough to see at night with any sort of clarity.
You're better off with the sugar cube method or something similar and just using the naked eye at night, unless you are going for appearance only.

The first link is a re-brand ITT clone made by a private company. (In that case, American Night Vision)
You do not want the second link. You might as well flush your money down the toilet as you cannot get anything that is going to be useful for that price.
The original mention that Thor made for SightOwl's stuff is the best deal your going to get on a monocular.
