I was wondering what you guys thought were the best bb's for your gun. I want to know why you think they're good e.g. cost, accuracy, consistency, etc. I'm looking to purchase a large stockpile of bb's in the near future and am trying to figure out what kind of bb's I should buy.

Only if you want to put holes in car windows. Yes, biovals will do that. I recommend Airsoft Elite and G&G.

Hm, why exactly Airsoft Elites? I've read reviews that they aren't the best for consistency and what not. Never used G&G, so I can't comment.

I use Excels, which are supposed to be re-branded as TSD. Not one problem in all the years I've been using them. Just make sure you keep your barrel clean, and most brands will serve you well.

I usually buy G&G. The price is good and I have had no problems with them. The biovals look very nice though. Why do they put holes in car windows?

They're manufactured to have no air pockets, and I believe they're of a harder material. They're actually banned at some games. I've seen them go through windows, glass bottles. Your skin and goggles will be fine but if one happened to hit someone's scope or optic, it'd shatter right through at least the first lens.

I don't know if they're made of a harder material, but Glass is right in saying that it's because they don't have air pockets. All other bb's have a hole in the middle of them just filled with air, and when they hit something hard, the bb deforms and that space absorbs some of the energy. Since Biovals don't have that space, they can't deform as much, so more energy is transferred to whatever the bb hits. It just so happens that it's often enough energy to break windows/glass bottles/etc...
Also, I like Airosft Elite bbs because they're fairly cheap and I've never had any consistency or accuracy issues with them. I've used them quite a bit an always been impressed. Same goes for G&G, although I think G&G is even a bit cheaper.

And if it helps to sway your choice any more, Airsoft Elite for my outdoor use. They're cheap and accurate, just to solidify what everyone else said.
For CQB, I use Crosman just because I can pick them up without having to buy something online and wait for them. As much as people bash them, I've never had a mis-feed. As for accuracy, who cares? I use them indoors only. If I miss at 8 feet, I have bigger problems than my bbs.

Airsoft Elite or KSC are pretty much exclusively what I use. I would recommend them.

Thanks, guys. I just ordered my bb's today and ended up paying $247.50 (shipped!) for 60 packets of 2,000 bb's. Got a great deal by just talking to the manager. That's 120,000 bb's!!

...You do realize that's probably enough bb's to last you a year or more, right?

More. If you go through 2000 bbs a game (that would be more than double what I go through, but some people are heavy on the trigger), you'd need to play once every 6ish days to spend them all in a year. That's a lot of airsoft. And let's face it, if you're playing that many times, by the end of the year, you should need a lot fewer bbs to hit your targets.
